I ordered a disabled room for my wife and I. The trouble was that the handicapped shower would not hold in one place (for height control and direction), so we called the front desk and they sent a repair man to our room.
We had already showered and were already annoyed.
They did fix the problem.

I stayed here a couple weeks ago & that stay was slightly better than this time. The room we had this time had maybe half the water pressure our last room had, the pool was closed until the day we left & the room service food wasn’t exactly as ordered!

Edgardo at the front desk was incredibly helpful. I had made two separate reservations through two different sites. He was able to find them for me and get me into my room early and not have to change rooms. He actually helped us out a couple of weeks earlier on a golf trip and he was incredibly helpful as well. Very appreciative.

I Love it because its 5 minutes ftom my house, but i feel like im 500 moles away. This is our Weekend Getaway Paradise! Awesome Customer Service, Great Food, and a "Laid Back" Environment! This is our "Second Home!"

The property is new and modern. Rooms very spacious and the staff was friendly and informative. I would definitely stay and play again.

Check in was quick and friendly, room was clean and spacious. Many different dining options. No valet service or parking garage, felt like security for my parked vehicle was adequate not excellent .

Hotel and room were great! Though, wanted to play 9 holes golf the day I arrived. Called for a tee time and they said nothing was available. I got tgeir and only a few people playing. No rain yet. It rained like crazy the next 2 days and I couldn’t play. Very bummed and don’t get why they said no tee times, when I could see, from my room that they were not clise to being busy.

We enjoy staying at Saboba! The people there are always professional and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the security is right on time.
