Super nice, clean, friendly place. Lots of places to eat, and things to do. Was downtown. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back.

One of the worst hotel. It is located in the downtown San Jose. But the lobby door is not connected to parking lot. The worst part was their charging system. I stayed there for two night and they charged three times without any explanation so i had to figure out what they charged for. It’s old building and room condition was bad. In the room i could smell something bad (i guess bad smell was from the ac and heater) and the chair had the worst smell. I put my clothes on the chair and i couldnt wear it before i cleaned them.

乾淨衞生 酒店前台很熱情 酒店自己的停車場很貴 隔壁就有大型公共停車場

The hotel staff was incredible. The staff at the front desk called me by name several times and were able to secure an early check-in. I also had to change clothes in between meetings and the staff provided me an extra room so I didn’t have to use the restroom. If you’re staying in the area, highly recommend.

Nice, newly refurbished room. I only dealt with two people in the hotel — a quick transaction to check in and ordering a beer at the attached restaurant/bar. I didn't require any other service, so I don't view this as a negative.

Staff and property very good, no complaints there. Do be aware that parking costs 40 bucks…
One star for the amount of noise from the bar/restaurant on the first floor. Out into the street, carrying on until 2 AM. No sleep for hours; main reason people stay in hotels=sleep.
So, think twice if you’re coming for the weekend.
Discussed situation with staff; sympathetic but nothing offered in compensation save for some extra Marriott points.

Highly recommend. Staff are outstanding, facilities are excellent, and my room was always clean, thanks to an outstanding housekeeping staff. I told the manager this is my "go to" hotel whenever I return.
