Absolutely terrible service. The receptionists are not friendly at all and are extremely unhelpful. They dont help you to get a taxi if you are planning on coming for business to and from the airport. The food was below standard, this is including the room service food and the breakfast. The breakfast was cold. The airconditioning was also not great. For the price of this hotel it should be a lot better, I am shocked at how miserable the staff were considering there were only about 6 other guests at the time.

It’s a new hotel in a far industrial area. Do not recommend to travel at night. Humantla, Tlaxcala is about 25 minutes away. Even though is a new hotel, they have electricity problems. Air conditioner gave up due to electricity going on and off. Free breakfast is a plus!

En términos generales y prácticos es muy buen hotel, bonito, algo elevados los precios. La comida del restaura es buena, aunque el desayuno incluido bufet es muy simple sin mucha variedad. En cuanto a la limpieza creo que es una buena área de oportunidad a mejorar y el personal es muy amable.

Es un buen hotel. El precio u las instalaciones son insuperables. Lástima q arruinan todo con la calidad del restaurante. El desayuno bufet es muy escaso y de poca calidad y variedad. Falta poco para perfeccion. También los colchones y las almohadas son incómodos
