The hotel was fairly clean but sink didn’t work and they didn’t fix or change rooms.
The food at the hotel wasn’t good. The bellhop were the nicest and young cho cho, the concierge were great.
The hotel had very few activities. It was boring!

What I didn’t like how they wanted to charge more for changing my room with a good stuff after arguing with front disco they finally change my room I was about to cancel my whole reservation but I gusse didn’t wnana make unhappy.

Loved how child friendly this resort is. Great water slides/playgrounds/beach and activities to do for the kids. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Amazing food and drinks.

Limited dining , all “restaurants “ needed reservations which in most cases needed to be 2 days in advance.
Beware room service is NOT 24 hours and cost $5 every time !
The staff treats you different when you book through a 3rd party like ******* .
The absolute worst thing that ruined our trip. The resort separated my family. I requested paid for two joined rooms. Only with the room not connected, but they were down the hall from each other so me and my husband could not even sleep in the same room our whole vacation. We obviously brought family toiletries and we literally had to go down the hall to get shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, etc. for each other.
Absolutely ruined our vacation. It only been four of us. We could’ve just as easily as paid for one room but me and my husband obviously wanted our “adult time” and I also wanted my boys to have their own space.
When I spoke to the front desk regarding us having completely separate rooms, they said and I quote
“ well, you didn’t book with us and this is what happens when you book through *******”

The Gym needs an urgent refresh, everything there is so old and even rusty (oxidated), food can really improve in the buffet restaurants, except for the things prepared at the moment, like pasta, everything else really needs some changes. Also some healthy options would be nice as the oil you use have too much flavor for those of us who doesn't eat syntethic oils.

I love the customer service here , everyone was willing to help no matter what. The resort is safe and quiet with daily maintenance. However , the food was horrible the only foods we ate was sushi . A lot of the drinks are extremely watered down. Not much events going on in the resorts. If you’re around the ages of 18-30 you wouldn’t really enjoy your stay . If you’re around 40 and up this is a place you’ll like
