Right in the middle of San Jose's food and nightlife area. We got a peaceful sleep none the less. Great value for the money

I had been recommended to stay here by a family member who visited a few years ago, but was sadly very disappointed. I was charged $20 for checking in late, which was more than I paid for my bed for the night. I wasn’t told about the late check in fee until after it was too late to cancel my stay, and had informed them of my check in time when I booked months in advance. When I arrived at midnight after a late flight I was shown to my bed but not where any other facilities were. I was woken at 5am by other very noisy guests so got up to use the bathroom, but didn’t know where they were. I found two toilet/shower rooms but both were in use so I had to wait 40 mins!! Not sure what the guest capacity is, and whether there are more bathrooms than the two I found, but this really didn’t feel like enough. When I did get to use them, and again the following day, they were dirty, with cockroaches on the floor and soaking wet bath mats. The dorm room was ok and I was assigned a locker, but the mattress was plastic so very hot, and the sheets and pillow case were stained and ripped. Breakfast was a DIY buffet, but the toaster didn’t work and the only vegan options were fruit. It’s a shame as it’s a beautiful property and the staff I met seemed friendly but I wouldn’t stay here again

We stayed here just for one night before we caught our bus home. The hostel is SO cute! We weren’t here for long, but we did enjoy it while we were there. We would definitely recommend it to others! This place is advertised as a hotel, but it has more of a hostel vibe. There are some private rooms, but most of our group stayed in a dorm room.

Reservé con 2 días de anticipación, al llegar al hotel con mi esposa e hijo Don Justin Castro me indica que no hay tal reservación a nombre mío y como alternativa me enviará a otro Hotel de inferior calidad. Quedamos en que me reconocería la mitad del dinero y no cumplió. Recomiendo buscar, en la zona hay gran variedad, de mejor calidad y mas serios.

Alojamiento que cuenta con parking y eso es de agradecer. No es muy grande pero yo pude aparcar. La ubicación es una zona segura, con bastantes opciones para comer y de ocio nocturno. No es una zona barata para comer. Es una zona cara. El alojamiento está bien cuidado y es acogedor y el personal es amable y servicial. El desayuno es simple pero correcto y puedes servirte tantas veces como quieras y eso se agradece. La habitación es lo que menos me gustó. Era uficiente para nosotros pero daba la sensación que era una habitación que habían hecho en una zona de patio y la sensación no era agradable. Era casi en un zulo. Nuestra habitación no sale en ninguna de las fotos del alojamiento. No obstante, dormimos bien Creo que había habitaciones que estaban mucho mejor ubicadas que la nuestra.
