Podczas pobytu w Double Tree By Hilton San Juan, mój mężulek i ja mieliśmy najlepsze wrażenia. Nie wiem, dlaczego ktokolwiek miałby się nie zgodzić. Personel był przyjazny, cały obszar był czysty i przyjazny dla COVID, a nawet codziennie bezpłatna woda i transport na plażę, która znajduje się w odległości spaceru od hotelu. Hotel oferuje nawet ręczniki plażowe, leżak i parasol! Świetnie się bawiłem!

Bathroom could have been cleaner as there was hair and dust in the corners. Bed was comfortable. Joanne in Cafe Pierre deserves a mention from us for her efficiency and helpfulness - thank you!

It was conveniently located 5 minutes walk from the beach. There is a 24/7 grocery store immediately across the street. Fitness center, pool, gift shop, restaurant, bar on site. I did not like how the room service came so early to clean.

Rooms are vary small no room to do anything if you use the second bed for kids doors taped off self parking flooring when it rains water pouring down from ceilings unsafe
