One of the reason we booked your hotel is that we called the customer service and they told us you could keep our luggage for more than one day. However, you didn’t do that. We have four 28 inch suitcases and we need to find another place to keep them even though we have reservation again after two days. That was a terrible experience!

Close and convenient to Old San Juan. The Hotel is going through a complete renovation so that's kind of an inconvenience but it's understandable. The room was nicely updated. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was lacking but maybe when the renovation is completed that will be worked on.

Hotel is under total renovation which it’s not disclosed when I made the reservation. Also it’s not Sheraton any more it’s called RUMABO hotel. ******* misleading customers with lies and false information
