The hotel is fine for a quick layover between flight and cruise but I still won’t stay here again. Why? Well, the fire exit door squeaked all night sounding like a baby screaming, the clerk upon check in was rude, the shower floor was filthy, there are no vending machines and ice is only available on the 4th floor, the hotel is located in a wind tunnel, and nothing is close by unless you want to eat at the Caribe Hilton (why not just stay there is I have to go there for everything?).
i wish i had read more reviews before i booled..

Nice customer service! And housekeeper cleaned our room every day :) no pool and I don’t think it’s the best location. Also doesn’t have parking but there is one closer for 20$ X night

The hotels situation to the airport and the port to board our cruise was close by.
The air conditioning was very cold for sleeping. Next time I'll call down for blankets.
The staff were terrific to store our luggage!!!

The lobby staff were great. They had an area to hold our luggage until check in. Room was good size and room had a great view. However, the carpet was filthy! I got out of the shower and walked barefoot while packing. When I went to put my socks on the bottom of my feet were filthy. I folded back the sheets and the area where my feet went was nasty from getting dirty in the night from getting up and walking on the carpet to the bathroom.

Had to park a little far and was a little complicated to get there. If there’s good weather that’s fine but we had bad weather so getting there was an issue. There’s no way to get there directly covered to the lobby so we got wet in the rain in addition to the cleanliness of the unit was not up to par and the iron was leaking water all over the place so I couldn’t steam my jacket. In addition, the TV did not work very well.

The front reception was strangely set up. The property overall is run down. We were provided only thin sheets on our beds. Amenities were a few.
I would not recommend this property.
