We wish we could have stayed longer at this amazing hotel. The hotel itself and the grounds are lovely- well worth the money to stay. The only down side was the staff at the Gazebo restaurant who clearly were very new and knew very little about the menu or how to answer customer queries. I know everyone is struggling to get and train staff at the moment but some further training is needed for your newer staff in this area. We had to wait a long time to get attention to order dessert and get our bill however overall it was a great experience. Front desk staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend a shuttle bus into Victoria multiple times a day for tourists, that would have been very helpful for us.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed with the overall experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for my needs. While the rooms were a bit dated, they were still very clean and comfortable. The hotel’s amenities were also great. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The hotel was great. Quiet and with impeccable service, I slept better than I had slept in months and the Gozo countryside is very relaxing. My only complaint would be the bizarre opening hours of the gym / spa. They close at 7PM every day, which is basically when the sun sets. I understand massages etc not being available late at night, but it's absurd guests can't use the gym or swimming pool in the evening at all. Here's a hot tip: People generally like to spend their days outside, and the evening is exactly when they'd like to relax by the indoor pool or hit the gym.
The jacuzzi was out of order the whole time as well, but it is what it is. All in all, if I ever return to Gozo I'm 100% going to book this hotel again. Strongly recommended.

호텔은 깨끗했고, 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다.
수영장물도 굉장히 깨끗했습니다.
그리고 조식이 훌륭했으며, 특히 꿀이 맛있었습니다!
다음에 몰타에 방문하게 된다면 더 오래 머무르고 싶어요!

Palais princier au bout de l'île de Gozo.
Établissement de grand standing, beau mobilier ainsi qu'avec plusieurs grandes piscines.
Par contre il manque un sauna et le hammam n'est pas très fort.
Petit déjeuner avec choix et même à la carte compris dans le buffet.

We love the Kempinski and though we did not get the room upgrade we had asked for the stay was perfect. We hosted a dinner for 15 and they could not have been more accommodating, professional and excellent. The service was outstanding from beginning to end.

The landscaping and room sizes and layout are a positive aspect.
Otherwise totally unremarkable hotel which can only be rated as 4-star max. They also seemed to have issues with staffing. Most staff were very young and inexperienced. Even the reception staff, usually one of the main customer touchpoints, were too young and inexperienced and seemed to not take much interest in the guests.

We loved our stay at the Kempinski. We generally prefer to have an apartment so we have enough space for us and the kids but with a country view suite we had a huge room. Basically a large one bed apartment without a kitchen. The whole place just felt calm and peaceful. Staff were super polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast amazing. We really liked the village of Gharb, v authentic didn’t feel touristy but had a handful of decent restaurants within walking distance. It was a great base for exploring and we enjoyed lots of pool time too at the beautifully landscaped family pool. On an island like Gozo where you only really have Ramla Bay as a beach where you can spend the day the pool was really important. We visited other swimming spots for a dip and although attractive they weren’t places where we wanted to spend more than an hour or so. Highly recommend and will be aiming to stay in more Kempinskis in the future
