Have stayed here before as it is pet friendly. Amenities were sp****. No hair dryer. No shampoo. No Kleenex. No coffee pot in room. Coffee only available in the morning in the lobby. Sidewalks were dirty due to some repair work being undertaken. Trash strewn in parking lot.

This property was very clean our room was not fancy but very clean and well kept. They even cleaned my room everyday which is unusual now days. Will refer friends and stay again when I am looking for a reasonably priced and clean location to stay !

Motel6 south SLO is good enough for us. But there are no shampoo and rinse in a room. We should bring our own them.

Really a great place to stay. The staff were so nice. Made me feel at home. Just great people. And the room was really nice. And it was very quiet in the evening. I stayed 5 nights and it was the same every night. I stayed also on New Years Eve. There was like 15 minutes of fireworks, then quiet. This is a very nice place to stay!

The stay was great. Clean, and up to date rooms. Mattress is not the most comfortable but the staff was nice and the area was quiet and seemed safe.

The room appeared to either been unused for a while or poorly cleaned after the previous guest. There were bug bodies both in the bathtub and on the faux wood floor.

The staff was so nice when we checked in. The room was sp**** but it was clean and they gave us extra pillows and blankets and towels when we asked for them. The beds are a little hard but if you like that, this is a great little no frills hotel. They have coffee and hot tea in the lobby in the morning and a vending machine. We were in a pretty quiet room that faced the pool courtyard. There was a microwave and fridge, but no hair dryer or coffee maker. I didn't have an issue with the neighborhood or neighbors. What was most important to me was the helpful front desk and a place to sleep so this worked for me.

The staff was friendly and my check in was fast and easy. I recommend this hotel if your staying in town for a day but if your traveling with 2 kids and another adult the 2 queen size room is too small. Theres not enough counter space and everything seems kind of cramped.
