房間不大，交通不是很方便，前台小姐姐服務不錯，早餐服務補料有點慢，9點去就沒啥的了。

Great location near customers facilities, safe area clean friendly staff.

The hotel is located in an industrial area. That means that there is no other businesses other than factories. The only restaurant is the one in the hotel, so prices are high. Service at the hotel and restaurant were good. The facility is well maintained. We made our reservation with my phone app and we paid for a King size bed in a spacious looking room. When we arrived, we were given a cramped room with two single beds. The beds were ok, but that was not what we purchased. The AC unit was literally on top of one of the beds, making it extremely cold and uncomfortable. If we had the King size bed in the center of the room, it would have been more comfortable because there would be a buffer area between the AC return vent and the bed. When I asked the attendant why she change our reservation, I was explained that they market their units also, and that because they collect the cash upfront when they rent the units themselves, they give preference to those clients. Not very fair, but that was the way they worked.

La tarifa muy buena pero los servicios limitados de calidad. Si como a mi te seduce el precio piénsalo dos veces, el desayuno es tan malo como la actitud de la persona responsable del mismo, intenté usar la almohada extra y estaba manchada de lápiz labial y sabrá Dios que más, pero eso sí, estaba en una bolsa plástica. La habitación económica es muy pequeña. El lavabo tiene tan poca profundidad que es incómodo. El edificio es nuevo, pero entiendo que el margen de utilidad es muy limitado por el precio que ofrecen y por ello buscan ahorros que repercuten en la calidad y capacitación del personal. Creo que deben aumentar sus precios para mejorar la calidad de sus servicios. En el desayuno no había ni café pues la máquina estaba descompuesta, la responsable de servir al mismo tiempo es la responsable del aseo, así que deja la cubeta de agua y el trapeador, se quita los guantes y sirve el huevo para el desayuno, con mal humor ( yo también estaría malhumorado). El estacionamiento es bueno, los elevadores funcionan bien, el personal de recepción y el bellboy muy amables y con disposición. Si vas de paso y solo buscas pasar la noche la ubicación es buena pues no entras a la ciudad y puedes retomar temprano tu camino, si piensas quedarte varios días estarás alejado del centro. En general, de regresar a San Luis Yo buscaría otra alternativa.
