I am a loyal Marriott BonVoy member, but they have gotten pretty lousy at Residence Inn breakfasts over the past two years. I booked two rooms at this location last weekend and by 8:30 on a Monday morning, we were told by the hotel that they were out of most all the food items. I have now experienced this same poor experience in Texas, California, Florida, Colorado and Utah. If you advertise a breakfast, it’s not hard to not run out. Residence In used to be very predictable for a wonderful experience. Not the case anymore. Also, this location has 1/2 the hotel rooms facing the freeway, with very little noise proofing. Once again, seems to be a corporate issue with the newer cheaply built Residence Inns that look no different than a Fairfield or Courtyard. Now, let me tell you some good. The staff at this hotel were GREAT!! Also, the hotel is very clean and facilities are nice (it’s brand new).
