We only stayed one night here as a stopover on our lakes road trip. It was very nice, comfortable, clean and friendly. A 2 minute walk to the beautiful harbour area with amazing view over the lake to the mountains. I would highly recommend staying here as part of your tour.

We booked a room and paid upfront in November 2021 for February 2022. When we arrived, there was no room for us as they had a “system”problem, and they sent us to a 2-star hotel (downgrade) in a near location, no indemnization or willing to help

Quick one night stay for us. It was dirty, bugs on the floor and not comfortable. The lady who checked us in was nice and offered a discounted rate because it was so late. Breakfast was not ready at the time stated. Tried to tell the receptionist in the morning but she said there was nothing she could do and really didn’t seem to care. Not worth even the 100 dollars we spent.

Muy cálido y confortable. Excelente atención. Muy buen estado de las instalaciones. Agradable estadía mejorada con algunos servicios extras ofrecidos de cortesía por parte del hotel. Recomendable.

Excelente atencion de todo el personal, lo unico a recomendar, seria, que el desayuno deberia tener mas variedad, salvo eso, nada mas que dar las gracias y recomendarlos. Todo el personal siempre excelentemente bien predispuesto. Buena limpieza, buena organizacion, buenas recomendaciones. Tranquilidad dentro del hotel.

Muy recomendable. Excelente atención. Tanto en recepción como en el comedor y personal de limpieza. La habitación que nos tocó impecable. Todo el hotel en perfectas condiciones. Muy completo el desayuno. La ubicación también muy buena.

Todo excelente, la atención, la habitación impecable la cama cómoda se descansa muy bien toda limpieza de la habitacion impecable, la ubicación del hotel muy buena, referente al desayuno lo vi completo recomiendo 100%, Para mi unas de las cosas más importante es la atención la amabilidad del personal

Destaco la amabilidad del personal del hotel, y el cuidado y limpieza en general del mismo. El desayuno también cumple con lo esperado, y la ubicación del hotel lo hace perfecto, estando a 3 cuadras del lago y sobre la avenida principal. Totalmente recomendado tanto para viajeros solos como parejas.
