Bardzo czysto, ciepło, przemiła obsługa, fantastyczne jedzenie (choć brakowało menu dla dzieci, to mimo wszystko jakość i wybór znakomite), perfekcyjnie dobrane ceny w barze, pozwalały delektować się wieczorami w ścianach hotelu. Pokoje bardzo duże, przestronne, bez uwag, nie ma wodotrysków, jednak nie ma się czego czepiać. Trudno się czegokolwiek czepiać, to dobry hotel na wyjazd rodzinny czy ze znajomymi na narty w region Włoch, gdzie naprawdę ilość i jakość tras są wystarczające na jeden tydzień :)

The perfect place for a family trip, right in the center of San Martino di Castrozza therefore you don't need to move the car to have a walk in the center or to go to the skying school. Our room was spacious super clean and warm. The warm pool is the perfect place where to spend a couple if hour in the afternoon after playing in the cold with the snow. The staff is kind and in the restaurant is plenty of delicious choices for dinner. We are definitely coming back next year!

hotel located in the town of san martino, clean rooms, excellent service, nice location, good cuisine, present the spa inside the hotel with a pleasant relaxation area, I would bring forward the breakfast time to 7.30.

Great location but dated facilities. Staff was very helpful and the other major complaint was the Wi-Fi, which is subpar. Overall excellent location and a nice hotel that needs to be brought into the 21st-century a bit with better amenities.

We had the family suite, which was amazing!! The location was very convenient to the largest ski lift in the area. We had the half board - dinner and breakfast were included. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was plentiful and good with food for a variety of refined tastes. My one suggestion might be that they add either a children’s menu or some more kid-friendly options. My 9 year old was not impressed with swordfish steak, grilled trout, or chickpea soup - no matter how well it was prepared! We would certainly return, but we might skip the half-board arrangement next time.

We arrived at this hotel 2 days ago, planning to stay 2 nights. Within the first 30 minutes Ute's we had decided to extend our stay for two more nights. Our experience upon arrival was warm and welcoming, the hotel is impeccably clean, and the facilities offer everything we need. Our list of requirements when selecting a hotel was ... 1. Located close to snow fields that can accommodate our family of 3.. one experienced snow boader, one adult first time skier and child (4 years old) who had not skied before. 2. Hotel has to have an I door pool for my daughter (the indoor pool here is warm, and comfortable for Wi ter swimming. 3. Be located in a town where we could enjoy some short walks, to get coffee and see a few old buildings. This hotel fulfiled our requirements and more. Rooms are spacious and so very clean. The staff are all very friendly, and the ha e been very helpful. Food is good (half board) with different dinner menu each night. We feel very comfortable with their covid response, checking, including prebooking the pool to avoid crowds, gloves and precautions at breakfast, all staff wearing masks and ensuring all necessary steps are taken to keep their guests safe. We highly recommend this hotel, and this location for a family snow holiday. We will certainly return.

Consiglio senz'altro questo albergo .. c'è tutto ciò che occorre ( camera ampia e ben esposta , garage , area benessere , piscina riscaldata .. piccola ma cque c'è , colazione giusta , posizione hotel al centro del paese , piste sci ben accessibili , panorami mozzafiato .. d'altra parte .. sei sulle Dolomiti .. ) ad un prezzo più che ragionevole . Molto gentili la sig.na della reception che ci ha accolti ed il personale tutto .

Hotel praticamente in centro paese. La struttura è tipica di un albergo di montagna con rivestimenti in legno e stile classico. Ampia la camera con bagno moderno . Personale accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Menzione particolare al ristorante per la cena della mezza pensione. Cibo di buona qualità e vario. Altro aspetto da sottolineare la pulizia. Consigliato.

Tutto perfetto. Siamo stati 4 notti a mezza pensione a fine marzo, ambiente elegante e confortevole, perfettamente coerente con le 4 stelle dichiarate. Personale qualificato, cortese e discreto. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. La spa ad uso gratuito per i clienti è veramente un toccasana nei pomeriggi più freddi o per rilassarsi un po prima di cena. Ristorante gourmet con rinomati piatti tipici locali, com'è giusto che sia. Ambienti comuni e camere calde e accoglienti. Posizione strategica, a 2 passi dal centro ma leggermente decentrato per preservare la tranquillità degli ospiti. Servizio skibus gratuito e doppia chiave per la camera (almeno per la suite), utile per clienti con tempi e orari differenti. Colazione a buffet abbondante e varia, con bevande calde a richiesta al tavolo, il che ne preserva temperatura e natura. Da ritornarci, non badate alle recensioni fasulle.
