Uncomfortable beds and the ac stayed on all night getting froze to dreary even I adjusted the temperature and the vent was broke so the ac was directly on my face the entire night

Excelente servicio el personal es amable el desayuno variable todos los días limpieza 100% wi-fi competitivo en todo momento la habitación cuenta con caja de seguridad confiable se los recomiendo en lo personal me siento 100% satisfecha gracias a todo el personal por su gran labor

I enjoyed most everything, although I have some practical suggestions such as: Since the hotel does not sponsor taxi and there is no other way of transportation for those without UBER, at least offer a trusted tel number of a taxi for those in need. The hotel is lovely, clean, safe and the food is great.

The check out was horrible. I waited near 30 minutes for the check out. The reception folks couldn’t figure out what to do. I ended up having to leave as the reception folks couldn’t even do the check out.
The wait time at the restaurant varied between 1-2 hours. The food was good but wait times are strange.
The saving grace is the cleaning staff. They were on point and excellent.

Everything was perfect excellent service very courteous staff, the only problem was the young woman who wears glasses at the reception desk did not want to help us with any questions we asked but overall very nice hotel.
