We had a fantastic stay at Wyndham Residences which is why this was our 4th stay. The staff are like a family and are such an effective team. This really shows in how they assist, entertain and talk with you. You really feel looked after. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment but with a big sofa bed for the kids. Sometimes this has been a double and others, two singles. We had our own kitchen, the had everything you could need e.g. microwave, oven, washing machine, fridge etc. You could be at home. The place is kept immaculately clean, this could be the toilets by the pools or the playground, bar area ... everywhere. And if something is broken it is being fixed before it's even reported. The atmosphere is really relaxed, there's plenty of entertainment and things to do but not pressure if you don't want to do it. As you can tell I really can't praise the place enough. We'll be back.

Property is away from the tourist spots and is about 25-30mins from shops, beach and attractions, but it is quiet and safe.
There is only one pool and restaurant for choice so it is limiting and you have to call a taxi to go to places. I know people asked about the bus but not ideal to get around.
The property we had was a two bedroom for the six of us. It was a bit tight and the kitchen area was tiny so we didn't get to cook and with the weather there were a lot of insects around, so we were extra careful to make things clean and tidy.
Cleaning service - there was none, you had to maintain like renting an apartment; put rubbish away, beds. They did change the towels mid week so that was great.
Staff were friendly and accommodating. When there are a lot of people in the restaurant though they go by first come first serve. So although we were ready to order our meal apparently we had to wait as parties who were seated before us had to be served, this was quite odd.
This is the second Wyndham Residence hotel that we have stayed in Tenerife, it is not as great as the one in Adele but if you want quiet and calm it is perfect.

We asked for an apartment with sunny balcony and nice view which was exactly what we had.
Only downside was a shortage of restaurants within half a mile. The onsite restaurant was slightly more expensive than others.

The facility is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is exceptional, specifically the reception staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our late arrival. Complementary breakfast was also very good. We will stay here again.

We still have 2 days to go and how sorry we will be to leave. Firstly the staff are first class. Reception staff patient and so attentive. Bar staff excellent. Always so polite and helpful. We had a 2 bed 2 bath and it's big on two floors with everything in it that you need. Just amazing. Whole complex spotlessly clean. Pool is heated and I actually went in when in most hotels I don't bother. I can't wait to come back here. I found cardiac hill that is on all previous reviews and you do not even need to walk up it as an extra few minutes just follow road around and gradient is only slight. One of the best holidays I have had.

A lovely resort which is kept spotlessly clean. We stayed in a studio which really was spacious and very well equipped. A very large double bed made for a good night's sleep. There were many steps up to the studios which I, an 89 year old, only just managed. The pool area was very well planted out and the site restaurant produced some excellent food.

Used to stay here when it was Sunningdale Village which is a much nicer name but hey ho. Lovely place. Visited the restaurant in the evening recently twice for a meal. Nice meals outside seating and usually an act on outside every evening. Nice atmosphere.
