Cheguei no hotel eles falaram que a reserva não estava paga, sendo que estava, me fizeram pagar mais uma vez quando eu cheguei lá

Cordial staff/security. Was able to get a good night sleep throughout my stay. Clean room,bathroom. Liked the fact that I could open the door to the balcony and watch people go about their business every morning.

I was impressed for the costumer service since the security and the receptionist they’re amazing they helped me all the time and the room was clean

The staff was not friendly. The toilet had not been cleaned. There was No toilet paper. The only one that was nice was the security lady. Very attentive

Everything about the hotel is great: clean, hot water, round-the-clock personnel, and very friendly.

The room was for four people and they only gave me two towels. I ask for the fourth one and they would charge me $5.00 for each additional towel.The room was dirty when I got the room. The toilet paper are small and I ask for more and they never replaced it.
