nice staff, clean. Services to airports, nice view to the mountain. Clean air. The food and wine is delicious. Especially their red wine. They have sports halls. Beautiful historic building. Huge parking.

Comfortable friendly hotel, nice clean rooms with good food. Would have been better to have natural fibre pillows rather than hard polyester filling for pillows. Breakfast was a bit unimaginative but overall a comfortable stay in Biella

Our stay at Relais Santo Stefano was nothing but a pleasure - the staff were incredibly helpful, the rooms were large, the bathroom spacious - and the breakfast !!!! was fabulous. WE used this as a base to watch gold at Le Betulle and we will stay here again. Thank you for the most wonderful stay. Great value for our $$$

A Beautiful building and a truly complete recreational service. The padel event creates a magical situation and the padel teachers were extremely courteous and professional. Thank you very much for the hospitality.
