The owner didn't respected the contract, the services were very expensive, the waiters were great the agreeded prices were changed, access to the pool was limited, the rooms are very small with old furniture, the food was not mixed, especially the breakfast.

Terrible manager, expensive food & drinks Great waiters, kudos. The interaction was terrible , she a Karen. We had a business trip here, we rented all the rooms but the interaction with the manager was awful. We had the pool rented for us but when we arrived here, she said that we didn't.. only after we showed the confirmation mail, she admitted it, but she still tried to find different reasons to keep us out of the pool
