除了位置好，其他一無是處。設施老舊，服務人員素質不行，不敲門隨意刷房卡進入房間。衞生間也很差，不推薦

The room was amazing.
However the responsiveness of front desk was not professional. I requested for a technician to fix an issue with the TV, no one came until I called again the next day.
I also requested a shuttle or transport to the airport and the gentleman at the front desk was not so pleasant and so wasn’t surprised the next morning when in fact there was no booking made. Not sure if he judged me as someone not fit for the hotel or not but definitely I am not amused .
That being said , the gentleman who welcomed me on my arrival was very pleasant and professional.

Old rooms, AC not working- this is the Sandton towers side, maybe other building is more up to date

Excellent hotel with super helpful staff attached to a high end shopping mall. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Just be aware that there are two separate hotels connected with an overhead walk way. Our cab dropped us off at the Sun and we were staying at the Towers. The staffs at both hotels took car3e of moving our luggage and guiding us to the correct hotel.

Great experience all round. Very well run establishment. Great hosts and excellent value for money.
room well equipped with everything form a proper coffee machine to lindt chocolates.
breakfast was perfectly prepped and served by an extremely well trained waitron team.
front desk gents were helpful and tended to every need from parking requests to extended stay.
will definately return.

I've stayed here many times and always enjoy it! It's great to be able to walk from the hotel to the mall and to Mandela Square.
