Sandwich Inn and Suites

Great spot in cozySandwich Mass. on route 6a. We were greeted in a very friendly manor Our room had everything you would want. Room was clean as a whistle Real nice flat screen , nice refrigerator with freezer. Coffee tea set up hair dryers. Tissues fan Ac Also our bathroom had plenty of towels shampoo etc. Every morning 6.30 -9.30. The have a full continental breakfast , it’s in small cafe atmosphere in there office , even the coffee is amazing. Recommend this place . Staff is super friendly .

This place has nicely kept grounds. We had a lovely large room with a large kitchen. Our room was set far back from the road, so there was no traffic noise. And the breakfast was good. Some things could have been fixed though: 1. the phone in our room was hooked up and plugged in but it didn’t work; 2. one shade was broken it wouldn’t go up or down and the slats couldn’t move to bring in natural light; 3. a chair had a broken back slat. 4. the lever to switch from shower to bath was broken which meant even though there was a tub, no bath was available.

This was such a beautiful motel. The grounds are beautiful!! We checked in late, and the girl at the front desk was so kind. We had a small hiccup with our first room, and she was very accommodating to get us a different room. Rooms were cute and very clean. Loved the feeling of feeling like you were staying in your own little house. Continental breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommend!!

I almost never look forward to breakfast at motels such as this one but this was a glaring exceptional. There was fresh fruit, marvelous granola and many other delicious items. The accommodations were otherwise just ok. The grounds are attractive and quiet but the rooms were dated. There was poor lighting,no comfortable chairs and soft mattresses.

Stayed August 12 thru 15th and was very disappointed the room was terrible the bathroom toilet was broken and the bathroom door handle was also loose and the TV wouldn't come on had to keep unplugging it and plugging it back in to get it to come on but they did fix everything but worst of all was the help on nightshift totally rude and unprofessional and the whole place was filthy especially the laundry room such as dead bugs and hasn't been cleaned in a very long time and also the pool isn't open was told to much work needed done to fix it if your not going to take care of the place sell it

We stopped here for one night on our way to Cape Cod. It was really lovely. Spotlessly clean, lovely grounds, nice room, and comfortable bed. Breakfast was great in a quirky room. Loved it! Wished we'd have stayed another night as it was so nice.

We booked our weekend in September of 2023 for the weekend of June 21-23 2024. We paid in full in September thru Guest Reservations/Priceline. We arrived on June 21, we were told our reservation had been canceled, we never received a cancellation notice. Sandwich Inn and Suites manager REFUSED to show us the cancelation on her computer, would not print cancelation, gave us no reason for cancelation and was extremely rude. Our weekend was ruined with no where to stay. We contacted Guest Reservations/Priceline, they said they never received cancelation notice either, they reached out to Sandwich Inn and Suites who refused to cooperate. So Guest Reservations/Priceline said they could not refund our money because the cancelation was on the last day of booking. WE NEVER CANCELED !!!!!!! We asked Priceline to forward us the documents showing any cancelation notice sent to them from Sandwich Inn and Suites or from Guest Reservations/Priceline to us , they never produced theses notifications--they never happened We lost all our money $680.25 because of The Sandwich Inn and Suites We are reporting fraud. Never use Guest Reservations/ Priceline to book anything and never go to Sandwich Inn and Suites.

Basic, but quiet and comfortable. Good sized rooms, continental breakfast included. Older property, but well cared for. Attractive grounds, easy parking and only one step from car to the room (important when the wife insists on taking her anvil collection with us)

We had a chance to stay at the Sandwich Inn during our recent trip to Cape Cod. The Inn is very quaint in a classic New England style. There is a small restaurant and a bar that was loaded with local folks the night we visited. Our room was very special - a four-poster bed in a large room with interesting decor. Beautiful. The Inn is located on a very quiet street - easy walking to local sites and small shops. A great place for a romantic getaway.
