It was a great stay

The Tv did not work and we called the office they could not assist us in fixing the issue. They offered to change our room but no upgrade so I decided to try and fix it myself hours later still no tv. I then went to the office I was told no maintenance was on site and the only answer is to change rooms I again asked will we at least receive an upgraded room again I was told no. We eventually changed rooms and the new room smells like smoke our original room was a non smoking room and now the tv works but we can hardly breathe due to the smoke smell. I should have trusted the reviews but this was last minute and in the area we needed to be in visiting all the way from Texas. Definitely will never stay here again

I liked the place alright, but they charged me a fee for smoking and said I left cigarettes in a cup in the room. I don’t smoke!!! This didn’t happen. Seems like a scam to try to make a little more money. Customer service implied I am a liar. Way to lose a customer.

Amazing hotel. It is a really like an apartment. Full kitchen and washer and dryer. We felt very safe.

I had absolutely no complaints! Everyone was friendly, check in was simple and fast, and the aprtment was very clean. It was very quiet and the location was convenient. 10 out of 10 star rating and I will definitely be back!

Overall the room was very nice, the location was great, however once I pulled back the covers the sheets were clean, but every layer had hair, and debris on the sheets..my girlfriend inspected every layer and made me aware of it. Upon looking she was accurate...even after we shook the sheets there was still hair in the bed. It was late we were tired and decided to stay but neither she nor I was comfortable with laying in that bed. Not happy at all with the comfort.

I really like this property. They need more lighting in the walkways but as long as they keep the units up I’ll continue to stay with them
