Mam świetne wspomnienia z pobytu w hotelu Krstall. Największym atutem hotelu jest personel.Miły, profesjonalny i życzliwy. Przy zameldowaniu recepcjonistka pokazała nam osobiście nie tylko pokój ale i wszystkie ogólnodostępne pomieszczenia hotelu - bardzo dobry pomysł,praktycznie nie spotykany w innych hotelach. Świetnym pomysłem jest też umieszczenie w wręczanych gościom hotelowym materisłach formularza dotyczącego usterek w pokoju.Pozwala to właścicielom hotelu utrzymanie go w należytym stanie. Myślę , że to spowodowało iż nie znalazłem żadnych usterek. Drugim dużym plusem jest wspaniałe jedzenie serwowane zarówno na śniadanie jak i na kolację.Byliśmy pod wrażeniem smaku i jakości kuchni oraz wyboru dań. Pokój w hotelu był bardzo wygodny. Gdyby lokalizacja była bliżej wyciągu gondolowego to Kristall byłby perfekcyjny co nie zmienia faktu że dostęp do stoków narciarskich czy to ski busem czy nawet na piechotę nie jest uciążliwy.

Just returned from a great family ski holiday staying at Hotel Kristall with our 3 teenage children. Highlights for us include - fab food all week. Couldn't fault anything - warm and inviting hosts - excellent sauna area with juices and teas readily available - games room with table tennis air hockey and table football - access to swimming pool in sister hotel 10 mins walk away - opposite green run and 5 mins walk from gondola - reasonably priced taxi from airport arranged by hotel in under an hour Really enjoyed our stay so thankyou x x

The last year in summer me and my family visited this wonderful place. We haven't been enchanted only by the landscape, but also by the accommodating people especially in the Hotel Kristall. Everything was just so perfect as it could be. After our arrival the owner herself came to show us our assigned parking place and then she went to introduce us everything we needed in the hotel. Although me and my family were here due to the covid in adverse time period for travelling, with the kind help of the hotel staff, the unfotunate situation affected us minimally. The meal enthralled us all too. We spent a great time here and we already cannot wait to return.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub im Hotel Kristall. Wir möchten uns ganz, ganz lieb bei unseren tollen Gastgebern und ihrem Mitarbeiterstab bedanken. Das gesamte Team strahlt eine sehr angenehme Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit aus. Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich und verfügt über tolle Zimmer, die sehr großzügig gestaltet sind. Auch die Lage direkt gegenüber dem Übungshang ist ideal. Der Tag begann mit einem tollen vielseitigen Frühstücksbuffet und das sehr abwechslungsreiche Abendessen war sehr gut und lecker. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Anita, die durch Ihre sehr liebevolle und direkte lustige Art unsere Herzen gewonnen hat. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank an alle, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen und es gab nichts zu meckern. Die Verpflegung war außerordentlich gut, die Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber und der Service ebenfalls sehr gut. Unter dem Strich ist ein Aufenthalt im Hotel Kristall empfehlenswert. Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort und beabsichtigen wieder zu kommen.

Wir verbringen bereits seit ca. 14 Jahren, mit wenigen Unterbrechungen, unseren Skiurlaub im Hotel Kristall und sind immer wieder aufs Neue begeistert. Die Wirtsleute sowie das gesamte Personal sind überaus freundlich und tun alles für, das Wohl ihrer Gäste. Erwähnenswert ist auch die Verpflegung im Hotel. Ob das mehr als reichhaltige Frühstücksbüffet oder das allabendliche 4 Gänge Menü mit einer Auswahl zwischen 3 Hauptgängen, es fehlt an nichts und ist ausgesprochen schmackhaft. Das Hotel scheint überhaupt nicht zu altern. Die super schönen Zimmer und die gemütlich eingerichteten Gasträume befinden sich in einem top Zustand. Ebenfalls ist ein wunderschöner Wellnessbereich vorhanden. Einzig für Schwimmbegeisterte gibt es einen Wehrmutstropfen. Ein Schwimmbad ist im Hotel nicht vorhanden. Man hat allerdings die Möglichkeit das Schwimmbad in einem Partnerhotel im Ort kostenfrei zu nutzen. Wir fühlen uns immer wieder sehr wohl im Hotel Kristall und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, angenehme Atmosphäre, leckeres Essen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wellness Bereich sehr großzügig und gepflegt. Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen in der Nähe der Gondel. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
