We had a wonderful week at hotel Steiner. For a family skiing week. Very convenient location close to slopes and ski school, great room, food and wine delicious, spa and kids facilities splendid, staff were brilliant and what more can I say… loved it.

Family skiing trip. Wonderful week in Steiner. Met some families who have been returning here for last 8 years! We can see why! Truly family feel, the owners are lovely and always present. Staff are present, helpful, calm and professional. Food is amazing 🤩 Lovely Spa and amazing rooftop infinity pool with a view. Thank you the Steiner family!

This hotel was outstanding … it was faultless from start to finish. Check in was friendly and efficient . Our room was a junior suite … it was spotless and comfortable . Separate toilet and shower room . Bed and pillows were comfy … lovely views and not over heated! The food was superb and plentiful … breakfast , lunch and dinner were all fabulous. So much work and effort goes into this from all the restaurant staff. We were invited into the kitchen mid week to plate our dinner … again the kitchen was spotless . There are 2 pools and spas, one for adults and the other for adults and families …. Both were excellent with plenty of space and again met the high standards of relaxation and cleanliness. The boot room was excellent , spacious , convenient and secure. The hotel facilities are excellent . The decor was fresh and everywhere was so clean . ALL the staff deserve mention … our rooms and general areas were clean and tidy. The restaurant staff , bar staff, kitchen staff and chefs were so attentive and approachable . Reception, cleaning staff and bar staff were all so helpful and friendly . The owner and his wife were ever present and attentive …. They should be very proud of their hotel and staff. The location of the hotel was excellent … ski in / out . Five minute easy walk to town centre. Lovely hotel for couples and families . The dining and bar area is well set out and very relaxing with lovely views . The infinity poor in the adult spa deserves special mention … it is luxurious and relaxing . Special mention to Darko and Annette who were our servers in the restaurant … you were fabulous throughout our stay … thankyou both.. I would return in a heart beat…. A fabulous hotel , Thankyou for a lovely stay . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Sad to leave the Steiner after our week here. We had a south facing junior suite and it was spotless. The housekeeping staff on our floor really friendly. Barman also great- remembered our room number and order for the whole holiday. The waiters in our home of the restaurant also all fab and the loveliest birthday surprise for my husband. The locker rooms are in a really convenient location and the wellness and spa perfect after a day on the slopes. Food great especially the open kitchen night. The hotel is really comfortable stay and the staff are a credit to the Steiner and the whole hotel is spotless!

This beautiful hotel was recommended to us by friends. We weren't let down! Rooms are very clean and the hotel decor of a warm but modern style. The meals were varied and superb and the restaurant had great views. The waiting staff were immaculately presented, helpful and had a good sense of humour. Miodrag and Alex were exceptional. Not often you have staff pre-empt your wine choices and set the table accordingly! Kitchen party night was inventive and a massive success. The owners are also very present and friendly - what a delight! The spa and in particular the infinity pool was fabulous. ski room located by reception and had heated hooks for boots, helmet and gloves! The 6 of us could not fault this hotel.

Probably the friendliest and best run hotel I've stayed in over the past 40 years. Amazing spa facilities on the roof, superb staff, funky bar, very well appointed bedrooms, recently refurbed to a very high standard. Great boot room and lockers. Amazing food. No complaints whatsoever.

This was a wonderful place to go for a ski holiday! The slopes are right across the street. The ski school is a short hill away that you can ski to. The locker rooms make for easy access to your gear without having to deal with it in your room or car. The spa is a WONDERFUL perk, especially after a day of exerting yourself in the snow! The staff is helpful and friendly and the meals were awesome to have to make mealtimes easy because my family never has too much stamina for eating out after skiing all day. What a wonderful city and hotel! We would be so lucky to come back!

I only went skiing in the winter until now. Now finally for the first time in the summer with my MTB. Also recommended. Of course it doesn't matter when you go, most important: always hotel Steiner. A fixed and certain value.
