It's not a luxury accommodation, but who would expect that for that price. The location is brilliant, the room is clean enough, staff is nice enough, we are having a great time!

Basic hotel.Great location and staff friendly.Pay for you get.Got a room facing the lane.Friends had the top floors which seemed more updated than mine on the 2nd floor. Pool was great no one bothered anyone.

Brilliant, central position, recommended with earplugs.....as there are a lot of fighting English.....the hotel good value for money. No problem with theft at all as mentioned in other feedbacks. Close to bus station and everywhere. I liked it!!!!

Budget hotel but was an excellent stay room clean and tidy staff very polite and helpful close to beach and shops which is a plus pool just across the road would definitely stay again had an amazing time

PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL .... The worst experience of staying in a hotel anywhere. No sleep due to the hotel full of kids basically running up and down the corridors and banging doors all night and every night. The main question is did I feel safe as I was on my own and the the answer is NO . I didn't want to believe the other reviews as I always want to give it a chance but the hotel is like a 18 to 21 party 24/7 . S**t hole and not worth the money . Stay away is my advice and spend your money elsewhere as this is a one star at best 😢. I ended up staying at another hotel .

I think the reviews on this hotel are dependant on what room you're allocated. Me and 5 friends stayed here less than a week ago and was given 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms were awful, dark, dingy. One had a balcony looking onto a wall and the other didn't even have a balcony. The rooms were dirty, toothpaste on the floor, blood on the sheets and it just felt so dark and miserable due to no sun light and black doors. The shower was all brown and worn and the plug made a loud noise when showering. We had to ask for the aircon to be turned on twice and our room wasn't cleaned once in a 4 night stay. On the other had 1 of the rooms was bright, spacious, clean and modern with a lovely balcony looking onto the streets. If we was all given this room I would rate it 5 star but it seems all rooms vairy and its luck of the draw. I know this hotel is 1 star but they're charging high prices we paid 600 for 4 nights including flights and purely picked it because of the location. I would not reccomend as it ruined our pre drinking/ holiday experince.

After the reviews of this hotel me and my friend was scared and nervous to say the least. We was very surprised with our stay we was expecting the worst to say the least. Our room was immaculate, very clean modern everything you could ask for. Only down side would be the balcony but for the price of this hotel you can't expect to much! The location couldn't be any better 1 min walk from the bus station, 2 min walk to the taxi rank. Everything is in walking distance other than the big clubs which you can catch the disco bus. Already planning on staying here again, I still am overwhelmed with our stay. Some of the reviews about the noise , I never had any issues we had a good night sleep all night we was there ( about as good as it can get in ibiza ) the swimming pool was also lovely. Couldn't fault the hotel. Would recommend!

Great cheap base for staying in ibiza, we had no issues with anything going missing and it felt generally safe. Rooms are modern and nice enough. It is noisy but wouldn’t expect anything different in this area of ibiza. Reception staff were nice and helpful.

We were nervous about staying here due to some of the reviews, we didn't get robbed - safe is 10 euro which you get back when you check out. Ideal hotel if you are there to party as its just around the corner from all the bars and clubs & about a 15 min walk to ocean beach. It isn't overly clean but it isn't bad either. We did get our door knocked on by staff to say our music was too loud (this was around 10pm). Pool is across the road and was clean & plenty loungers. They play music at the pool but dont mind you playing your on music on a speaker, They also bring your drinks over to you which was nice. If your on a party holiday and looking for a place to get ready/sleep then I would recommend
