Had the most amazing week staying here and loved every second, the hotel has a good vibe and the decor is super cool!! The room - comfort room was as it is called, little sea room was initially disappointed but not for long!! Would stay here looking to return next year! The food choice was fantastic, we opted for half board plus but didn’t include wine as expected but made up with that with refreshing lemon Fanta shandy instead!!! Seriously had holiday blues leaving this hotel and can’t wait to return! Shout out to the hardworking staff, they all worked hard and the hotel was utterly spotless. Excellent stay and incredible value for money! We had 2 rooms (double & triple) for 3 nights and they were great. The triple room was small but manageable for us as we also had a large balcony with a side sea view. Our rooms were situated right at the stairwell & lifts so could be noisy with guests arriving home at all hours during the night - nothing a set of ear plugs couldn’t fix! Pool towels are available with a €10 deposit per towel, returned when you return the towel. Cocktails were just OK but not expensive for Ibiza! Pool & bar areas were lovely, comfortable and a quirky decor. Staff were helpful & friendly. The DJ & atmosphere at sunset in the sunset lounge every evening was excellent. Highly recommended!

This hotel is unreal . It’s so handy to everything . There’s always a lovely amotsphere around the hotel . Chilling by the pool with the dj or in the chill bar at night watching the sunset .the rooms are so clean comfy beds pillows big bathroom with walk-in shower .the view from this hotel is to die for we were lucky to have the pool view and the sea view.the hotel is very quirky laid back . It’s spotless there is always someone cleaning .

First impressions of you look from afar are great, it’s when you get closer and this is a hotel trying to appeal to the higher end of the market with a cheap refurb. Negatives: * Offer snacks and drinks at reception or within the lobby area, especially for late arrivals. * Explain the facilities available and where to access them. * Add a welcome leaflet in the room with key information such as meal options for non all inclusive guests. * Offer recommendations for food and general local amenities. * 1 bottle of water complimentary, put it in the fridge or have 2 one chilled and one not. * Fix the aircon, on the lowest setting the rooms are still warm and uncomfortable. * One staff member behind the day bar was very rude when it came to learning I was a staff member of Leonardo Hotels, he did not want to add the staff discount. He also put my food order through wrong, I ordered a cheeseburger but he bought a chicken burger out. Not sure if he even applied the discount as it was €12. I noticed he was rude to a few customers during his shift - 17/10/23. * Couldn’t ask about late check out until the morning of check out. Offers should be purchasable at booking. Would also promote direct booking. * Style of the rooms are an attempt to modernise but unfortunately you can tell this was done at a low budget. The rooms are what would class as standard hotel rooms. * Staff could benefit from some customer service training to provide a more comfortable stay. Positives: * Location is great for access to the beach. Special gate for access to and from beach from day bar area. * Outdoor areas are perfect for sunlight all day. * Two bars one for day and one for night - Changed at 7pm. * Food available at the bar for non AI. * Good selection of drinks. * Checking in and out was quick. * Good size pools which match size of hotel. * Cleanliness of the hotel was to a high standard.

Great hotel very quirky clean , good food and selection of drinks , nice staff, lovely roof terrace for sunset , my only complaint is the very early check out 10.30 am !!!! Our flight wasn’t until very late So it was pack or miss breakfast which also ends at 10.30am we managed a quick coffee but just got back to our room and received a call just as picking up our suitcases , considering the time you can check in much later in the day I think 11.00 am in line with most other hotels would be better , did ask for a later check out but none available and the shower room well it was dark in the actual shower so risk injury or no privacy from others using the ladies !
