I am writing this review whilst I am still here incase anyone is feeling apprehensive. I was worried after reading some reviews in relation to many things as we all do, holidays are alot of money!!! I don't want to go on and on so.... There are only negatives if you choose we are from n. Ireland and yes the majority of guests are German who cares I'm here to be with my family not make new friends but ppl are all polite and friendly manners are international. We love it so clean, comfortable and spacious. Air con works perfect if you keep doors shut. Pool is massive always loungers to be had top tip the brown ones are newer and more comfortable. Pool bar perfect, entertainment during day just the right amount repetitive yes but again who cares your on holiday better than sitting at home. Food is decent to much bread to resist 😂 you will not go hungry that's for sure Super duper close to absolutely everything you could want but still far enough out like 10 mins walk to beach literally Listen relax unwind this place hits all the buttons unless you choose for it not to. Have a great time we certainly are x

Overall, our stay in Garbi Mallorca was pleasant, but we encountered some issues during our visit. The front desk lady's attitude was disappointing when we needed new sheets due to a room cleaning mistake. Language barrier made it harder to communicate. However, the rest of the staff was friendly, and the food was acceptable. It would have been better to have some afternoon snacks available even for purchase. We hope the hotel can address these concerns for future guests.

I can’t tell you how happy I was with the service we received at the Garbo. We were English in a predominantly German hotel but it was fine. In General the staff were absolutely wonderful. Kind thoughtful and really keen to make us have a great holiday. Our bar man at the pool and cleaning lady were the best! My daughter suffered though with the unwanted attention of a waiter old enough to be her dad. At times it was really predatory. In all honesty I think it would be fine if you are there with a boyfriend or dad about, but for us mealtimes became a bit of a nightmare. Well done to the Garbo in general though!

We came on a last minute holiday for a long weekend. First of all our booking wasn’t on the system! It was 2am! So we weren’t too impressed very little English so was very frustrating. Food is absolutely shocking! Barely no choice and nothing is English friendly. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH! Although this isn’t the main issue it’s quite clear British aren’t overly welcome… the male receptionist even shh’d my husband a few times waving his hand because he couldn’t understand basic English! Hotel was generally ok. No vending machine no shop or anywhere to get snacks unless u leave the hotel. The rooms are ok air con didn’t work. The bath was broken and not clean. Our room was cleaned once in 5 days. Beach is nice and loads of shops outside hotel. Very German friendly and of course Spanish. But overall not impressed and a complete waste of money. Not relaxed not refreshed just £800 down 🤷🏻♀️

Point + : eau de la mer transparente et chaude. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Belle piscine. Personnel restaurant et ménage à fond dans leur travail mais peu souriants... Pourquoi? : Point - : premier et dernier test de la formule all inclusive pour nous! Aberration écologique et sanitaire : un buffet où la quantité prime à l'évidence sur la qualité, de la mal bouffe en majorité, pas de vrai jus d'orange, des cocktails et sodas bourrés de sucre, à volonté. Cala millor : un Disneyland d'hôtels, tourisme de masse visible, des mégots partout sur la plage, des détritus sur tous les bords des trottoirs hormis ceux des hôtels. Une rue piétonne interminable de magasins de produits contrefaits, des supérettes à chaque coin de rue, rien de local et typique ici. Pas étonnant que l'on voit des tags " go home tourists"! Nous revenons bronzés mais avec un goût amer d'avoir participé à ce tourisme décadent.

Sehr Familienfreundliches Hotel, haben All inclusive gebucht und da ist wirklich fast den Ganzen Tag alles Kostenlos erhältlich, lediglich abends an der Hotelbar muss man für die besseren Cocktails bezahlen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist gut und man sollte eigentlich immer was finden dass einem schmeckt. Was uns gut gefallen hat: dass das Hotel keine riesige Bettenburg ist. Das Animationsteam gibt alles und hat ein abwechslungsreiches Programm. Die Lage etwas abseits ist optisch etwas abschreckend, aber lieber 3 Minuten zum Strand laufen als den Trubel direkt vor der Nase!

Alimentação e animação muito vocacionada para turistas alemães. A Alimentação é pouca variada e não tem grande qualidade. As bebidas e os cocktails são de máquina e são muito fracos. Falta de segurança no parque infantil. Falta de limpeza nas zonas comuns. A minha filha teve um acidente no parque infantil e sentimos pouca sensibilidade do pessoal do hotel. A pior experiência hoteleira que já tive nas Baleares. Não recomendo

Hotel pensado para alemanes. Horario de comidas muy temprano y corto. Desayuno 8-10, almuerzo 12.30-14.30 y cena 18.30-21.30h. La piscina cierra a las 18.30. El "todo incluido" decepcionante. Los cócteles que incluyen(que no son todos) están ya preparados en una máquina y prácticamente saben todos igual, aparte de que están calientes. La comida poco variada y de no muy buena calidad. Hay cosas que no sabrás ni qué son (ponen en el cartel, por ejemplo, filete de pescado 🤷🏻♀️). El zumo es de polvos, el aceite de oliva no tiene sabor y un largo etcétera. La merienda se reduce a unas palmeritas de hojaldre (expuestas es un bowl al aire libre durante dos horas) acompañadas de galletas o lacitos(eso sí, solo de 15.00 a 17.00h). Lo único bueno que la habitación premium estaba todo muy limpio y bien cuidado. En cuanto a los productos de cortesía de la habitación solo incluye 2 pastillas de jabón de manos, 2 gorros de ducha y gel. Para nosotros ha sido muy decepcionante. Nos pilló una tormenta bastante fuerte, solicitamos poder almorzar 10 minutos más tarde ya que estuvimos en caravana a causa de la misma y nos dijeron que no era posible. Para no repetir.

Hôtel très bien situé proche du centre et de la plage de Cala Millor. Personnel très sympa et souriant que ce soit à l accueil, aux bars, au restaurant, les femmes de ménage et les animateurs. Chambres confortables. Buffets complets et variés. Effectivement, il y a beaucoup d'allemands à l hôtel mais c est le cas sur toute l'île. Le français n est donc pas la langue la plus parlée mais en même temps, on est à l étranger alors je dirais que c est normal! Si vous voulez parler et côtoyer que des français, restez donc en France 😉. Petit point à améliorer: les cocktails avec alcool qui restent quand même bien fades. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l'hôtel Garbi.
