Great hotel beds really comfy staff were great food was good as well buffet style which suits us best great location on the beach reception staff are brilliant we took our granddaughter she enjoyed the indoor pool as it was heated I would go back again but not that time of year

Great hotel, renovated to a high standard, lovely sea view, great shower and comfy beds. Highly recommend. The hotel was immaculately clean and the staff were all friendly. Outside grounds were also kept very nice and tidy. Great hotel, thanks

We had a lovely big room with comfortable twin beds. A balcony with a beautiful sea view. The shower was fantastic. Everywhere was spotless. The staff were friendly. The hotel was ideally situated. Close to the beach, shops, chemist and all the cafes and restaurants. We would definitely go again.

Good location, but… Things the Staff can improve: 1. Do not put 2 moving beds for a couple. We really struggled with those beds. 2. Providing some drinking water in the fridge would be great 3. Cleaning was not great 4. Cleaners were making their life easier: a) after one day the bed runner went missing b) after another 2 days, bed top cover went missing. We thought, this was a little unpleasant 5. For 3 days, the watermelon was fermented at dinner time 😞 I wonder if you know how easy you can get really sick from that. 6. For 4 days, the multi fruit juice was not good. Probably after using fermented watermelon to make it. 👎 7. We were told not to take home the only iron that the hotel has?!?!?

Refurbished to a very high standard, and the whole hotel is immaculate throughout. Room was spacious with a large comfortable bed and good pillows. Everywhere is decorated tastefully. All staff were polite and friendly, and so smart in their uniforms. Buffet breakfast has lots of choices, something for everyone. The bar serves very generous drink measures 😋 Can highly recommend. Hotel faces the sea, so great views over the lovely promenade and beach.

The staff throughput this recently upgraded hotel are all amazing and go out of their way to be brilliant. The new building works very well for me as an electric scooter user and has great access everywhere

Lovely clean hotel with nice rooms. Bathroom and bedroom a good size. Shower was excellent . Food was really good at both breakfast and the evening buffet. Very friendly staff.

Fist impression when entering was wow. The whole experience was fantastic from food to service. Every member of the team was above and beyond. Being ♿️ the hotel is very well adapted My only one critic is the bedroom doors are hard to open due to heavy springs and the pool side disabled toilet needs a bar handle on inside of door to help close it rather than struggling. Can’t wait to return next year. Xx
