Hotel położony w centrum Santa Cruz. Nie jest w idealnym stanie, ale cena wynajęcia pokoju nie jest wysoka. Łóżko było wygodne, a śniadanie dobre. Przeszkadzał mi trochę hałas dobiegający z sąsiednich pokoi. Poza tym jestem zadowolony i polecam hotel przy umiarkowanym budżecie.

Excellent cozy place, great staff and service. Pleasant location near the park and convenient walking distance to everywhere. Nice views from the upper floor terrace. At the hotel, we were served clearly and very kindly. A cozy breakfast place with its own small restaurant. A peaceful and idyllic place. We liked it a lot.

Very nice experience I ve been staying for a few days before moving to the South and the service is excellent, staff very helpful, breakfast amazing, room very clean,chamber maids were fantastic,everything went beyond expectations. The view from my room was lovely. Very good price for what you get. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Thank you very much to everyone! Will definatelly return in the future, and I will recommend as well!

The staff were all Freindly and helpful . Good breakfast although the hot stuff wasn’t . Located on the Ramblas and next to a great park, a small supermarket, a very nice Indian and a couple of other restaurants ( one Michelin which we didn’t try the other was good too ) The rooms were a bit tired but still OK ( the staff told us they are shutting for a refurb next year ) . The small nice pool is only open from 11 to 6.

Our stay on the seventh floor with a balcony was comfortable and easily accessible. Maybe the room was slightly small for a couple but the large balcony made up for it. There was a fair selection of food at the buffet breakfast but not ideal for a vegetarian.

I can say that if you want to travel in Santa Cruz de Tenerife you need to choose Occidental. They are the best, I WAS satisfied from all points of view, nothing to add. Staff very friendly, servicies very good, high quality of food/drinks, yes, the best.

You couldn't wish for a better base in the capital city Santa Cruz than the Occidental Contemporaneo. The hotel offered great service, excellent value for money with super staff. The daily breakfast was delicious and set you up for a day exploring the city!!
