The person in front desk very rude.
My room was completely open went I come to my room, I was so scare to enter the room with my son.
I call front desk and he didn’t come to check the room.
Never coming back!! I feel so unsafe

We arrived about an hour before check in time and our room was ready. A very friendly young man at the desk checked us in. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Sandwiched between to other motels, bright parking light on all night towards our window, overpriced, orange juice machine "out of order" for breakfast all morning, wifi working on and off, definitely shouldn't be rated excellent.

Nothing outstanding except friendly staff. Hot breakfast available but no syrup on day 1 and on day 2 no waffles, on both days out of most food options

Our check in process was great! Staff was so kind, made my family and I feel like this was a good choice for us to stay, prices were so reasonable and clean and comfy rooms!!

The carpets were very stained, the bedding was stained and the chairs were stained and tattered.
The breakfast area in the lobby was clean and nice and the staff was friendly.

This place is filthy from the rooms to the bed. Beware. I tried to get my money back because i didn't stay. Had to chase down the manager and im still waiting for my money back. Was told it could take up to 15 days.

Our stay was good, it's a small hotel so all the parking is on one side of the hotel. We had a room on the back side so we had to carry our luggage around the building. But this is Santa Cruz and most hotels are on smaller size lots. Overall we would stay here again.
