Unique property with lots of charm. Quiet location that’s just a short walk to the plaza. Friendly and attentive staff. I really enjoyed my stay.

Everything is better than I expected for this room. In the center of town at waking distance. Staff was great even called to check up on me before I got into town. I wish there was water bottles in the room. I would have preferred to have breakfast onsite the hotels restaurant. The brunch across the street was still great.

As a lot of potential but now there yet. Comfortable bed, good shower, nice room #8. The air conditioning made noise. There no amenities except the restaurant that was closed to renovation. The breakfast was ok not up to 4 stars hotel. There no lobby to speak off to sit and relax by the fire. Parking was good and we got a breakfast credit at the next door bakery’Millie’ which was very good. The staff people were nice and friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Inn at Vanessi, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This five-star establishment truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the moment I walked through the doors, the level of service was impeccable. The staff at the reception were not only professional but also warm and welcoming. Check-in was swift, setting the tone for a luxurious stay. The accommodations were nothing short of spectacular. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated. The attention to detail in the room design and amenities was evident, creating a comfortable and luxurious a**osphere. The plush bedding and well-appointed bathroom added an extra layer of indulgence to my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the dining experience. The hotel's restaurant showcased an impressive menu featuring a diverse range of culinary delights. Each dish was a masterpiece, meticulously prepared and bursting with flavor. The attentive staff further enhanced the dining experience, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring every need was met. The hotel's manager, Ricardo Gutierrez is a true delight and went above and beyond to deliver award-winning hospitality!

This is a beatiful hotel on a walking distance but not so cozy during the winter. Cold air drifting, and cold tiles and walls. Yes, there is a heater but blowing hot air is not pleasent. We paid extra for a fire place, but with the best effort we couldn’t keep the fire. Overall, we expected more.

The property is Santa Fe style and historic. It is a leisurely 12 min. walk to the downtown SF Square. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The variety of breakfast foods was great with mains rotating daily. However, the presentation of the food was not what I expected...it could have been more sophisticated, rather than 'down home.' We visited over Chris**as with mornings at 20° F. Our room heater combined with the 10 ft. ceilings had a hard time keeping the large, tile-floored room comfortable...Overall, we left happy to have stayed there and seen downtown SF in detail.

Very cute spot, friendly staff and it’s close to downtown Santa Fe. I would walk over to explore daily. The room was spacious and cozy.

Toilet chain was broken, safe was broken and never replaced or fixed during our stay, there was a big gap in the door letting in cold air so had to use towels to block it. It's not a bad hotel, but fireword was $15 a bundle on top of a $30 day resort fee. It wasn't a bad stay, just was average. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was clean. At least parking was included in the resort fee, so was breakfast but we only tried it one day.
