The only good thing to appreciate about this place is its location at the beach, landscape and grand trees. However, if you’re looking for the blue stretch of water at the beach and for an elevated, pleasant and 4-stars experience, I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Very old facilities, below-average food and service, poor hygiene (saw a cockroach at breakfast), no variety of restaurants and bars, poor quality of food (from breakfast to bars to restaurants). It feels that there’s no investment whatsoever to keep the place and service at an expected 4-stars. Surely, not coming back and won’t recommend it if you want to spend a relaxing and magical time in Sardinia.

Food awful! Don’t go for half board - try to avoid nearly all meals if possible. Also, the facilities are bordering on abysmal. The restaurant is genuinely awful- at best, frozen and tasteless; at worst- inedible. We were there for 2 nights which was also when a small wedding of less than 40 was happening. Due to this smal event - a lot of the dining areas and pool were blocked off to regular guests. I would hope that the food was so bad due to the kitchen being understaffed, but either way, it was terrible. The beach bar and other areas were already closed- this is not indicated when booking so make sure to ask in advance. Overall the service staff appeared grossly inexperienced, alongside a lack of care, although friendly. The bar is overpriced. No info given about the hotel at check in, but also no phone in the room to contact reception. However, the views are truly stunning and I cannot argue about the location and beach. Only come if you have a car to access food elsewhere. Also check if they are having a private event as this will impact your stay. As we were checking out another wedding was being set up- so would have experienced another day of limited staff and facilities.

So let’s start on the positives; Excellent location, right on beach with Sun loungers, staff at reception especially Michelangelo were fantastic, friendly and helpful, pretty gardens, big rooms. Negatives- definately not a 4 star hotel. It needs a major update , it’s old and outdated ( and there are touches a 4 star hotel has that this does not ie. Toiletries given were only soap , shampoo and shower gel - no conditioner , body lotion, etc) Hard lumpy pillows ( only gave 2 and had to request more) , a few weddings took place and one in particular went on in the resturant in front of our room until 1am with the music blasting. We were not informed about the wedding going on until so late and when enquired all we got is that it ends at 1am- once again 4 star hotels don’t treat guests with indifference. Safe still uses a key. For the price charged ( we had 2 sea view rooms), I would not return. This place could be an absolute gem if there was some attention to detail. The bones are good but please update the furniture, curtain rails and general public areas to make it more appealing in the eye for guests.

We have been there for a wedding and slept over for a night only. Not easy to recognise once there so went straight down to the road ( as everyone else did ). The rooms were quite aged and definitely need a refresh, love the style but for the money we paid I would have expected more in terms of maintenance. The rooms were cleaned but around the residence there was not a bin or an ashtray so some glasses were left behind and stayed around for hours and hours with members of staff passing by them several times and ignoring them.

Das Hotel ist leider sehr verwahrlost! Schöne Lage aber der Rest ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen! Wir hatten eine Villa gebucht - letzte Renovierung 1980 - sofern überhaupt Möbel vorhanden waren diese komplett abgewohnt! Das Service war unterirdisch!

Ho prenotato una camera a Gennaio per 10 giorni in agosto...a maggio mi scrivono che la mia prenotazione verrà annullata con giustificazione overbooking...poi vengo a sapere che l'hotel ha annullato tutte le prenotazioni di quel periodo. Molto gentilmente mi propongono un alternativa visto il disagio creato.. Premetto che l'hotel è sul mare, tranquillo, riservato, diciamo per coppie....l'alternativa proposta è un hotel a 4 km e a 800 m di distanza dalla spiaggia, enorme e per famiglie....no comment. La mia prenotazione è stata fatta con mesi di anticipo, organizzando aereo, macchina e vicinanza con amici e parenti che soggiornano affianco alla struttura...e adesso ??? Dovevo essere contattato dalla struttura per delle alternative vicine....non ho più sentito nessuno. La serietà sta diventando una cosa sempre più rara.... A mai più !!!

Ich habe Aufgrund der Bewertungen lange überlegt, ob ich hier eine Woche Auszeit buchen möchte. Letztendlich habe ich mich dafür entschieden. Die Lage und der Charme vergangener Zeiten sind einzigartig! Es gibt eine Besetzung am Empfang 24h lang, einen Lounge Bereich in der Lobby mit Bar, einen Föhn sowie einen Safe - vier Sterne Außenanlagen 10/10 Die Außenanlagen sind perfekt gepflegt. Es wird täglich gewässert, die Wege werden gereinigt, es werden Arbeiten hier und da vorgenommen. Gerade die Pinien sorgen für einen gewissen Aufwand wegen der Nadeln. Das kann man nicht besser machen. Strand und Pool 10/10 Die kleinen Sandstrände sind ebenfalls in einem perfektem Zustand. Abgestorbene Blüten von Seegrass sind kein Dreck, sondern schützen den Strand gegen Erosion und dürfen per Gesetz nicht entfernt werden. Der Pool ist einzigartig mit verschiedenen Ebenen und deutlich größer und tiefer als es die Bilder vermuten lassen. Top! Gebäude, bzw. Bausubstanz außen6/10 Es handelt sich um ein Gebäude aus 1950. Seit 70 Jahren wird also hier die Substanz erhalten. Bei einer Anlage dieser Größe ist das eine enorme Herausforderung. Man sieht deutlich, dass hier regelmäßig überstrichen wird. Ich denke die Lage direkt am Meer macht es auch nicht einfacher. Zimmer DELUXE  1/10 Hier fängt das Dilemma an. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer, ist jedoch extrem hellhörig, hat zu wenig Steckdosen, der Toilettendeckel passt nicht und ist locker. Ja, auch das geht ein Stück weit in Ordnung, ist schließlich ein Gebäude aus 1950. Was aber nicht in Ordnung geht, ist der Dreck, und vor allem die Klimaanlage! Bitte Dreck nicht mit Patina verwechseln. Die Fliesen gehören mal geschrubbt, mein Beispiel war nicht von Interesse. Gastronomie 1/10 Das war vor der Buchung meine größte Sorge. Es gibt drei Restaurants. Das Hauptrestaurant, die Grill Bar direkt am Strand, sowie die Snackbar am Strand. Eigentlich dachte ich, da wird sich schon was finden. Grill geschlossen, Snackbar geschlossen. Vorsaison - lohnt sich nicht. Diese Info hätte ich gerne vor meiner Buchung gehabt. Sonstiges Angebot 0/10 Dieser Bereich wird renoviert, ich konnte ihn nicht nutzen.

God og hjælpsom service. Rent. God morgenmad og en dejlig pool. Smukke og rolige omgivelser. Afslappende atmosfære.
