Amazing team! Starting from the reception during checking in and out, very friendly and accommodating, HouseKeeping work very hard and smiling, the vibe is amazing around the hotel, breakfast is good thanks to the chef in the omelet and pancakes station also thanks to the lady at the coffee machine who we become friends in the morning! The bounty restaurant is very special, you got the potion to have the breakfast there so we recommend to go for it the sea view from the restaurant on the beach is breath taking… we used the spa twice, the facility is world class and worth the price. The pool is big the have a beautiful pool bar staff there are excellent and the menu is fair and food is testy … thanks for making our stay so special!

The hotel itself was lovely. Very quiet and clean with modern facilities. The rooms were lovely and spacious with sofa and terrace area. The bathrooms were great with separate shower and bath. The rooms were cleaned every other day with x2 bottles of water supplied. The entertainment at the hotel was lacking. Live music every x2 days which was nice but tame. The hotel itself lacked any sort of atmosphere which was disappointing. The cost of food and drink was double that of the prices in santa maria. Taxis were outside the hotel and cost 5 euro into town each way. If I was going again I would book self catering accommodation in the town, or a hotel in the centre as being in a resort that is not all inclusive can soon become expensive. The bounty restaurant serves great food and is right on the beachfront, a very romantic setting for couples. The hotel is more focused towards the adult/business end market so if your looking for family entertainment this is not the place for you. Hope this helps.

Amazing hotel we have chosen for our recent visit - and didnt regret about it AT ALL! The location is like 15 minutes by foot from Santa Maria, the stuff is superfriendly, the pool is huge and never full, the gym is well equipped. Overall we are enjoying it a lot.

We are a little late writing this review but having just booked a return visit for next year we found in our passports some names we had written down. We had a lovely relaxing holiday at the Hilton. The pool is amazing and we were always able to find space whatever time of day. The beach was great and the bounty bar was a great place to eat and sit and watch the world go by. It provided a different atmosphere from the main hotel. The grounds are immaculate and well maintained and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Doreen at the pool Isobel and Vanda in the restaurant to name but a few members of staff and Adrian the manager they all provided us with great service during our stay. At first we were a little disappointed with the view from our room as it overlooked the road but we soon forgot about that when we realised we had the evening sun and have emailed the hotel to request the same room 3008 for our return visit. The hotel is very low key and relaxing so won't be for everyone but it was exactly what we wanted! There is a good variety of excursions and activities something for everyone. The interesting pier and the bars and restaurants of Santa Maria are within easy walking distance and definitely worth a visit. We are looking forward to our return visit
