Sunday the 24th of March we returned from our holiday to Cape Verdië, Sal. We stayed at the Blue Eagle Hotel. Our room was rather big with a big bathroom with a shower and a bath. The bed and mattrass were good. We have experienced the Blue Eagle Hotel as a simple hotel with the necessary facilities, no extra luxury. Everything was superclean, and the local owner is a hard working man. His kindness and will to offer his guests a superb service touched us. It was so sincere and goodhearted. We advise everyone to book the Blue Eagle Hotel. Prefer this local honest hotel to what the smooth resorts benefit from and the gentle local population doesn’t.

Een heerlijke plek net buiten het toeristische stuk. Vlakbij het strand, winkel en strandtenten. Hele lieve gastheer. Erg goed schoongemaakt door een hele lieve dame. De gastheer spreekt slecht engels maar is super behulpzaam en liep zelfs mee naar de fietsverhuur. Ook als ik hem appte reageerde hij heel snel.
