Great location, nice staff and good breakfasts. Some things are a bit run down (door handle falling off, air con leaking, lukewarm water only) many rooms do not have a view or window, but they do not show these on pictures, but the stay was comfortable and the rooms are spacious and have all you need

My recent stay at this establishment was nothing short of delightful. The staff, who are the backbone of any hospitality establishment, were commendably kind and accommodating. Their professionalism and genuine warmth made my stay not just comfortable, but truly enjoyable.
The condition of the place was consistently up to par. Everything was clean, neat, and well-maintained, making it apparent that the management takes great pride in ensuring their guests have a pleasant stay.
One of the standout aspects for me was the feeling of safety. Whether it was day or night, I felt secure and at ease, which is a crucial factor in choosing a place to stay.

A fantastic location centrally situated in the heart of Santa Marta. Yes, there is a bowling alley in the complex, but I never noticed any noise from it (it’s very small 2 lanes alley) The staff is wonderful and spoke English very well, which was helpful. The view was great, the street noises and music was a wonderful atmosphere. I loved this hotel.

This property is centrally located and just like the pictures. It is above a bowling alley and a ******, so depending on the floor you're on you'll hear a bit of noise. The ceiling-to-floor windows provide an absolutely breathtaking view. The staff are really nice and the rooms are cleaned.

The basic rooms have no windows and above the room is a bowling alley and you could hear the noise of the balls being thrown. They only provide one bottle of water on the first day although I understood one per day put they charged for the additional days for the water. It was confusing finding the entrance to the hotel, no visible signage and hotel is on the fouth floor of the building. Entrance to the building is not at all appealing or attractive. The beach is walking distance but i would not go into the water looked to dirty as well as the sand. Very congested area.

few things I did not like about the property there was no lunch or dinner service at all plus the breakfast staff was not always friendly at times and breakfast was limited to your choice
