Excelente ubicación sobre todo qué queda cerca al aeropuerto a unos 15 minutos, cerca a la playa con doble entrada una principal y la otra para las personas que vienen de la playa, duchas dotadas para una mejor limpieza y que no vayan a quedar residuos de arena cuándo regresan de la playa de igual manera agua fría como agua caliente en todo momento, un equipo de personas dispuestos a entregar lo mejor para que la estancia de el huésped sea más integra y sentirse como en casa.

I love this hotel. Modern, clean and now with their own sun umbrellas on the beach. Excellent cocktails by the pool side. The only improvement I would suggest is better WiFi in the rooms. Currently you get great connectivity on the 1st and 3rd floor and not so good elsewhere.

Everything was good with the room and the service. The only issue I had was that the hotel automatically charged me the 19% IVA without even asking me if I was a Colombia resident. I am not. I gave them my USA passport which showed I last entered the country on 11/25/23 but they claim it did not have the exact stamp they needed to see.
I hold a cédula extranjera so the stamp is slightly different.
My point is they didn’t have any idea as to how many days I was in the country in 2023 but they still billed me an additional $500 USD!

It is a good Mercure Hotel close to the airport and it has a nice beach.
Too bad that only a few employees speak English.

Almost perfect, the staff set up an alarm ringing the phone in our room (and others too) at 8:00 on the check-out day.
The beach service is poor.

Showers always clogged. Did not refill soap. Breakfast really poor in variety....did not worth the money.
