This is overall not a bad hotel, but it certainly falls short of expectations given the branding and price point.
The room was nice enough though sp****ly furnished given the size, and a bit awkwardly designed. There’s no coffee or tea service at all, not even a hot water kettle, and plastic cups are just tacky.
One morning I woke up and found there was no hot water. Apparently a boiler had failed. I understand problems like this can happen, but there was no follow-up despite the front desk staff saying that once the manager arrived, it would be addressed. When I checked out the next morning, there was no notation in my account. It was proposed that one day’s “destination fee” be waived, which felt trivial; I suggested two and this was begrudgingly accepted.
I’ve stayed in many hundreds of hotels over the years and this is only the second time I ever felt justified in requesting some sort of recompense; however, I was made to feel if this was somehow my problem and they weren’t very pleased with having to offer a response.
The small restaurant was a highlight, however; the staff was very friendly and attentive and the food was overall quite good.
All things considered, I would seek an alternative option in Santa Monica, I’m certain better values exist at either a higher or lower cost.

It was good but far a bit from the peer and they only serve coffee in the morning nothing else and you will pay extra for breakfast.

離Santa Monica海灘較近，衹提供代客泊車服務（Valet Parking），不能自停車輛。每天早上6點半酒店lobby有咖啡供應，周圍有各類餐飲服務店可選購早餐，步行距離內有加油站，便利店，Walgreens大型超級市場可購買旅行常用供應品，但是沒有箱包產品供客放置購買的多餘商貨品。酒店對面在建設新建築。

丟了一件個人自帶浴巾、一對耳機、一本書，因為語言不通，價格也不貴我也不追究，最後還多收了我每天停車費，我哪有車？現在想想美國人做事真的不認真，是不是應該每天要放點小費在房間？

산타모니카 비치에서는 다소 거리가 있었지만 호텔 방음도 잘되고 침구류나 욕실 모두 청결했습니다. 라운지에서 매일 제공되는 드립커피도 상당히 만족스러웠고 날씨가 추워 자쿠지 수영장 이용은 하지 못했지만 아늑하고 편안한 느낌이 전만적으로 모두 만족했던 호텔이었습니다. 주차가 가능하지만 하루 비용이 다소 비싸다는 점이 아쉬웠어요.. 저희는 근처 공용주차장을 찾아 별도로 주차하였습니다.

Bello, hotel buono indubbiamente, asciugamano troppo piccoli tutti , unica cosa ti trattengono 40 dollari di extra e poi ….. ho chiesto un goccio di colla…. Mi è stato fornito un tubetto semi vuoto e mi è stato segnato sulla camera come … extra! Scherziamo?!?
Che vergogna!!! Extra che non ho usufruito per nulla mi sono fermata una sola notte …. Di che extra si parla?
