Apartamentos Vista Club

Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój grupowy dla naszych czterech przyjaciół, aby uczcić wieczór panieński i po przyjeździe powiedziano nam, że ten pokój nie jest już dostępny i że musimy podzielić się na dwa pokoje. Powiedziano nam, że mamy szczęście, że to mamy, ponieważ jest dodatkowa łazienka, ale chcieliśmy tylko spędzić razem wakacje, więc było to bardzo rozczarowujące. Skontaktowaliśmy się z nimi przed przyjazdem, aby poprosić o wcześniejsze zameldowanie, ale nigdy nie odpowiedzieli, więc kiedy wylądowaliśmy, pojechaliśmy prosto tam i zapytaliśmy, czy możemy. Powiedzieli, że zadzwonią do nas, gdy pokój zostanie posprzątany. Nigdy nie zadzwonili, więc musieliśmy się zameldować później, niż chcieliśmy. Kiedy weszliśmy do pokoju, aby się odświeżyć, okazało się, że prysznic jest przeraźliwie zimny i powiadomiliśmy recepcjonistę. Zachowywała się tak, jakby to nie był jej problem i kazała nam „włączyć” bez żadnych jasnych instrukcji. Aż do następnego dnia woda była lodowata. Kiedy poszedłem skorzystać z suszarki do włosów, eksplodowała i zaiskrzył bezpiecznik. To było naprawdę niebezpieczne i odpychające. Powiedzieliśmy personelowi, a oni powiedzieli, że się temu przyjrzą dopiero po zakończeniu naszej rezerwacji, co było dla nas bezużyteczne. Następnie, dzień przed ostatnim dniem, zapytaliśmy, czy moglibyśmy skorzystać z późnego wymeldowania następnego dnia. Powiedział, że następnego ranka musimy przyjechać wcześnie rano i wtedy zapytać, co było dla nas bardzo niewygodne, ale powiedział, że mamy czas na wymeldowanie przynajmniej do 12:00. Przyjdź następnego ranka, a kiedy zeszliśmy na dół o 10:30, powiedział, że potrzebuje naszego pokoju o 11:00 i musimy się stamtąd wydostać i przenieść nasze rzeczy do drugiego mieszkania. Dodał również, że możemy zostać później w drugim pokoju za opłatą 30 funtów. Było to bardzo stresujące i sprzeczne z tym, co powiedział ten sam pracownik poprzedniego dnia. Ale poświęciliśmy czas na uporządkowanie i zebranie wszystkich naszych rzeczy i przenieśliśmy je do osobnego pokoju naszych przyjaciół. Następnie zeszliśmy na dół, aby oddać klucz do naszego pokoju, kiedy recepcjonistka powiedziała: „Popełniłem błąd i rzeczywiście potrzebowaliśmy drugiego pokoju. Musieliśmy więc PONOWNIE przenieść wszystkie nasze rzeczy wraz z dwójką innych naszych przyjaciół do pokoju, w którym byliśmy wcześniej, co nie tylko zmarnowało dużo czasu, ale spowodowało wiele niepotrzebnego stresu podczas naszej podróży. Nie przeprosino i nie dołożono wszelkich starań, aby naprawić błędy. Nigdy nie poleciłbym tego hotelu nikomu, chyba że chcesz zatrzymać się w miejscu z niebezpiecznymi urządzeniami, personelem, który się tym nie przejmuje i bólem głowy.

Naprawdę podobał nam się nasz pobyt w Vista Club Apartments. Nasze mieszkanie było dobrze wyposażone i czyste, a z naszego balkonu mieliśmy fantastyczny widok na zatokę. Podobnie jak wiele hoteli na Majorce, pokoje przydałyby się odrobinie odświeżenia. Basen jest czysty i schludny, a personel był bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. W wielu recenzjach, które czytaliśmy przed wizytą w Vista Club Apartments, wspominano o „schodach” i prawdą jest, że w obrębie obiektu znajduje się wiele schodów do negocjacji (na przykład na basen) i do miasta (istnieje inny sposób, aby dostać się do miasta, które nie wymaga schodów i jest nieco dłuższe). Nam schody tak naprawdę nie przeszkadzały, ale dla kogoś, kto ma problemy z poruszaniem się (może nawet z wózkami dziecięcymi) myślę, że stanowiłyby problem. Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni z naszych wakacji i na pewno wrócimy do Vista Club Apartments w przyszłości.

Bardzo głośne miejsce. 2 noce niepokojone przez pijanych gości chodzących, trzaskających drzwiami i krzyczących na korytarzach oraz 1 noc przez wielką imprezę odbywającą się po drugiej stronie ulicy. Apartamenty bez izolacji akustycznej, wygląda na to, że ludzie wchodzą do mieszkania. Łóżko bardzo niewygodne. Lodówka śmierdząca.

Really bad stay and customer service. We firstly contacted for an early check in as our flight got in at 9:30am, but no reply. We went there and the receptionist said that they would call earlier when the room was ready around 1pm but no-one called. Myself and three other friends booked this apartment for a friends hen do, however when we got there they said that our rooms were mixed up and that we would be separated into two different rooms. At first, we were annoyed as we were very much looking forward to being together and then the receptionist said that the apartments were next to eachother but they weren’t. There was a room between us. From then on, on the first day we came back from the pool and both showers were cold. We went down the reception and they did not attend to this, they just said we need to turn the boiler on which was not mentioned when we checked in. We didn’t know how to turn it on, so we researched how to and then it didn’t work and we all waited 10-15 minutes but still nothing so we had cold showers. After that, my friend was drying her hair with the room hair dryer and the fuse went and exploded. We mentioned it to the man at the reception, he said someone would come and fix it but no-one did. So we all shared the one hairdryer and avoided using the socket in the bathroom where the fuse went as it was unsafe. Whilst we complained about the hairdryer, we asked for a later check out the next day due to our flight being at 8:20pm. The receptionist was dismissive and said come back tomorrow morning and ask again, and the likelihood it would be fine as latest check out is at 12pm, this was also wrong. I went down in the morning and asked for a later check out for both rooms and he said that we would need to get out at 11 of one of the rooms, bearing in mind it was 10:30. In addition to this, he said there was a charge of €30, which was not mentioned yesterday, and that we could check out at 5pm from the other room. Therefore, we had to rush and move all our stuff from one room to another, only to go down and tell us it was the wrong room and he had made a mistake. This was ridiculous as we then had to move our stuff AGAIN. I had told them that I was in meetings all day and this was very disruptive. The manager came out and did not even seem bothered by our satisfaction, they just said to move out the room. They admitted the mistake, we were able to not pay the €30, however they never apologised for all the distress. I would not recommended this place to anyone as we are all people who never complain and are normally easy going people, however this holiday we couldn’t leave without a complaint as so many things went wrong and to help people in the future. Luckily the rest of the holiday was fine as we cheered ourselves up with the beach etc. just avoid here if possible because they didn’t offer any solutions at all and were very unbothered.

***AVOID AVOID AVOID*** I would never go back here and would not recommend it to anyone. Firstly there are steps everywhere which is no fault of the hotel but they've no lift down to the pool which was so stressful with a buggy. Halfway into our holiday tiles popped up in the hallway causing a massive bang which scared the children. Initially the staff wanted us to move that night but it was bedtime so we stayed the night. We almost tripped over them numerous times. The hotel gave us a new apartment 2 floors beneath where we were and it took over 2 hours to move everything. They didnt give a damn and only apologised. It was super stressful in the middle of our holiday. We have 4 children including a 5 month old baby who needed to nap at the time we were moving. The staff didnt offer any kind of compensation and when I asked about it all I got was an apology and I was told to contact my travel agent but I had booked directly with the hotel. The bar is way over priced compared to others in the area. As others have said the kitchen is under equipped and doesnt have an oven. They didnt change bedsheets for our entire holiday nor did they clean. We got fresh towels and bins emptied every few days. Most of the staff were friendly but not good enough for what we paid. Avoid at all costs. There are definitely nicer hotels in santa ponsa. We will not be coming back here nor will i recommend it to anyone

This isn’t the best place we’ve stayed, very basic apartment, clean enough, beds were like boards and pillows weren’t great. Kitchen was under equipped, no wine glasses!! Great big balcony and lovely power shower! Pool area was nice and clean, good pool bar too. Do not underestimate the 174 steps to the hotel, it’s a killer 😬

Love it, really nice stuff in the hotel, close to the beach, close to everything, amazing place to family and friends.

Overall a fantastic stay. Hotel staff and the people at the bar was awesome and helpful. The rooms with the view over the sea was fantastic and yes there is a lot of stairs to get down/up when going to the city/beach but we knew that before arriving so not a problem. Nice down on earth hotel with everything you need to have a fantastic family vacation.

Location so bad the rooms where not cleaned for a full week no shop in hotel you had to walk 150 steps down go to the super market to get cold water not kid friendly stuff and lifeguard not friendly never go back
