In spite of a very rainy few days, the time we spent at Matisses was a delightfully warm experience. The grounds are idyllic; such a mosaic of colors and different plants all living harmoniously. From the welcome to the goodbye, we enjoyed so much kindness and support in making our termales adventures work out. Sandra and George, and everyone that works at Matisses were gracious hosts, in true Colombian style. The breakfasts were delicious. If you are headed that way, it is a perfect spot to rejuvenate in the midst of beauty and comfort.

El hotel es bonito, con un jardín y zona de piscina cuidado con mimo. Pero sobretodo lo más destacable es el personal. Desde que llegamos el trato con Daniela fue excepcional, por encima de lo normal. El desayuno también es muy completo y bueno. En la habitación hubieron pequeños detalles, como las almohadas, excesivamente altas para nuestro gusto o el agua caliente que en algun momento no salia del todo bien. Pero todo queda compensado por los aspectos positivos. Para llegar estar atentos a la indicación de desvío hacia el hotel en un cartel, porque el camino de entrada es poco visible
