Hotel bardzo czysty. Bardzo przyjazna obsługa. Wszystkie problemy (np. dostęp do Internetu) rozwiązywane bardzo sprawnie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, zwłaszcza dla kogoś traktującego hotel jako bazę wypadową do Barcelony - 4 minuty spacerkiem do przystanku kolejowego. Słabe strony to posiłki - określiłbym je terminem jadalne i windy - trzy bardzo powolne. Zdecydowanie za mało. Hotel idealny na bazę wypadową.

Bardzo miło wspominamy i będziemy wspominać nasz wspólny pobyt w ALEGRIA Caprici Verd. Mnie osobiście zachwycił porządek, ład i miła obsługa. Żonę natomiast zachwyciły ładne widoki z dość moim zdaniem dużego balkonu z jednej strony na morze z drugiej zaś na okoliczne wzgórza, duży i rozmaity wybór jedzenia podczas posiłków i piękny urokliwy basen przyhotelowy i wiele wiele innych pozytywnych aspektów które Polecamy zaobserwować wybierając się do Santa Susanna.

Had an absolutely amazing week, the staff were fantastic especially George behind the bar and the 2 girls from the happy team were brilliant "shaky shaky" if you know you know couldn't fault it.

The restaurant is very basic, like a canteen. Food was warm or cold. The coffee was very good. Not many staff around to help, like asking for wine or beer. There was no entertainment at night in the hotel. Only 2 English channel on the TV. The hotel pricing overall was very good. Close to the train station.

Loved the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely and clean food is OK all in all enjoyed my stay tje only thing that let it down was nos mot much live entertainment at night. And the dj nights are repative with the songs.outside pool is bit cold but indoor one is nice but has to booked. And wrist bands are 10 euros which os returned when you give them back on checking out.

Hotel lovely, a stone throw away from the beach & rail stop- you can't hear the trains with your patio doors closed, entertainment staff where fabulous, a free game of bingo (bingo, bingo,bingo) is a must,- everyday at 3.30, the rooms are lovely with plenty of room to move around in, we found the bar expensive with plenty to choose from. The only downfall of this hotel is we never had a hot meal during our stay, breakfast was on display at 7.20am,- the restaurant opens at 8am & not much to choose from for meals, this needs addressing, apart from that I would go again. If the food was better I'd definitely give 5 stars

With a large group that greatly enjoyed the music and DJ who appeared after 10pm. Got BBC on the TV, room was comfortable (once you open the patio door for air circulation as AC not available yet) but they could put two bath towels in a room instead of one. Did receive a report one room for our group had discarded filth on the floor. Maybe the organization needs to train housekeeping better.

I’m loathe to admit that I should have written this review immediately after my husband and I’s trip here in June 2022. I’m not one to write reviews normally but this one deserves a full blasting. I’m not surprised to see that the reviews already written reflect our own experience 18 months ago. The hotel staff were not remotely interested in helping at any point. I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday while we were there with a basic bottle of fizz in the room. I went to the front desk and waited to be seen. Sadly for me, a large group of American check in’s had arrived and I was told to come back, despite me arriving before them all (I stood waiting for 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by the foyer staff) and they could see that as well, rude! I’m amazed the drinks rule still applies - my husband and I were two of maybe 30 guests at the time of our visit and we were clearly alone and were not plying off drinks to non all inclusive revellers, yet I couldn’t even take my husband a beer or Coke, as the hotel was only allowing one drink at a time (ludicrous). I’ll agree with the other reviews - food lukewarm at best; beach was rubbish as felt like walking on grit and we ended up eating out most days to get away from the hotel. We were glad to check out! Shocking place, don’t waste your money and look elsewhere!
