Miałem dobry pobyt w hotelu, ale stan nie był tak dobry. Muszą więcej pracować nad remontem pokoi hotelowych

To jedyny raz, kiedy napisałem złą recenzję hotelu. Nie chcę, aby inni ludzie byli oszukiwani przez to miejsce i doświadczenie, przez które przeszedłem. Jest całkowicie na uboczu i wokół niczego. Musisz zaparkować daleko od pokoju. KLIMATYZACJA NIE DZIAŁA. W moim pokoju przez całą noc było 27°. Tak gorąco, że musiałem spać z mokrym ręcznikiem. Jedyne „akumulatory”, które docierają, to gorące powietrze z zewnątrz – wszystko to to dym papierosowy. Do pokoju można dostać się tylko przez drzwi tarasowe, które nie zamykają się od zewnątrz. Nie zostawiaj swoich rzeczy w pokoju. Frontowe drzwi są zabarykadowane przez mały stolik i inne meble. Bardzo przerażające wibracje. W POKOJACH NIE MA WI-FI ANI USŁUGI KOMÓRKOWEJ. Do 23-24 była głośna muzyka (dostarczana przez hotel), więc ledwo mogłem spać. Proszę, uratuj siebie i nie zostań tutaj.

Bardzo rozczarowujący obiekt, archetyp masowej turystyki. Baseny za małe w stosunku do liczby pokoi (598 pokoi), płatne leżaki na plaży, brak zasięgu GSM w pokojach... prawdziwy bunkier. Oraz kilometry schodów prowadzących do recepcji i restauracji. Budynek wybudowany w latach 70-tych pożera do szpiku kości, zniszczone łazienki...w skrócie cytat z naszego pobytu.

My experience was wonderful. I especially liked the spectacles and the club ado. The stuff is very competent and always ready to answer your questions. Come to the Marmorata club because you are going to have a wonderful experience.

The hotel is a typical 3 star beach hotel, well located on a sandy beach with beautiful clear water. The hotel is predominantly Italian and French and we seemed to be the only English speakers. Despite our (weak) skills in both languages that did mean we were well through our holiday before we discovered the free kayak and paddleboard facility. Most staff had some English, but limited for many so some French or Italian would be very helpful. There were free beach beds but those closest to the sea had to be paid for. Further down the beach a commercial water sports facility had pedalos and a giant inflatable water park. The hotel is aged and the rooms clean but basic. It is built on 9 levels up the side of a hill so not for those with limited mobility. A train did run regularly around the site road, to give some relief from the stairs. There was only one adult pool but a reasonable size. Food was buffet style with a good range and acceptable quality and free wine and beer with all meals. It would have been good to know that beach and pool towels were not provided, so we did not have to buy them locally. Overall we enjoyed our one week stay and found the staff helpful. It is an hour transfer from Olbia Airport to a quiet but beautiful part of Sardinia.

Thanks to the animators especially to Manu and Bubba, we had a great time here. Everyone was very nice and friendly. We had a lot of fun here. The waiters know many Slovak words. Everyday there is a program and we were never bored. Aquagym with Giada was great, she is very nice and funny.

This is a hotel for locals...and the French. We went expecting much better- the photos are totally 100% NOT what the place is like- the rooms are disgusting and poorly presented. List of problems....shower flooded (and you get about a 50cm2 shower cubicle which makes it impossible to turnaround in without getting out first. Aircon was one temp and that's it. Food was an abomination and breakfast (if you bought the B&B rate) was a s**t fight between 730-930. Reminded me of IKEA at the weekend but worse! Food ran out as everyone was taking trays of it- coffee machines not working, understaffed, messy, dirty, old, tired. And to top it off, someone keyed my car and our family members car whilst parked in the car park.....felt like we were not welcome. Glad to be home- this is a 1 star if only. Do not recommend to go here.

Our room smelled badly, the breakfast was not good - the eggs and bacon were full of oil and some flies died in the milk and juices. The excursions are way to expensive for what you get. They served Pasta with Shrimpheads and the afternoon snack was only a cookie.. Furthermore not sufficient water during the trip - make sure you take your own bottles of water and enough sun protection because there is no shade on the islands. Animation at Night to loud - we couldn’t sleep before 1 AM. The landscape and and the beach are amazing. Checkout and checkin run smoothly. A lot and good activities for children.
