非常差勁的酒店，我在X程上預訂二晚一張大床。當時就借記卡扣錢2000元現金預訂成功，到我入住時趕到酒店半夜23點半在排隊等候，西班牙客服非常慢，等到拿到卡淩晨0點多進門一看二個小🛏️拼的，根本不是我訂的訊息⬆️還是華麗雙人床，華而不實。半夜三更我就入睡，半夜掉地上，這床有輪子會移動。一晚沒睡好。今早馬上就交涉。這個酒店裡一瓶水也沒。2千元也無早餐。第二天晩入住開不了門，當天全交房錢又要押信用卡，你們評評理。這個是否需要投訴並且按照消費者權益賠償。實際見圖。

eco friendly 정책이 있어 시트나 수건은 요청이 있을 때만 갈아줌. 더블베드에 테라스 있는 방에서 묵었는데 쾌적하고 좋았음.
저녁까지 cleaning을 돌아서 오후에 나가도 방청소나 시트 체인지 맡길 수 있어서 좋음. 세탁도 맡길 수 있는데비쌈.

We stayed here on a business trip. The hotel was very good and the location was ideal. We were impressed about the cleanliness of the room and everything else. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, with a good choice of local delicacies. The pool was nice, but a bit cold at this time of the year. Rooms were spacious and had a balcony.

The hotel is conveniently located within 15 minutes walk of the cathedral and bus station. It is spotlessly clean. The receptionist, the waiter and the barman were so helpful, courteous and friendly. The room was comfortable, quiet and had a lovely balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best I've ever had at any hotel, with a wide choice of foods and beverages.

Love this hotel as it is modern and clean but has all the things you need for a holiday. Great staff and a very good breakfast buffet. Hotel is large and clean. The rooms are fine and well priced and clean. Staff will sort you out with items you may need. Hotel has safes in each room and 24 hour porter. I like the gardens in summer. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location for walking to city centre.

Great hotel for the price. Large rooms with balcony, comfy bed and pillows, great shower, very clean. Breakfast was varied and excellent. Friendly, helpful staff. It's about a 20 minute walk from the old centre in a not particularly attractive but safe area. If you don't want to walk, taxis are cheap and plentiful.

great rooms and great location.easy to view all the local tourist atractions from here. nice pool and gardens to relax in.Bus stop right outside the hotel.a visit to the old market is well worth it.really old and full of wonderfull produce .

Just wanted somewhere to stop for the night to break up our journey from Porto to Oviedo and this was fine. Reasonably priced & a short walk from a variety of restaurants.
