Klayman Diamond Aparthotel

Niedawno zatrzymaliśmy się tutaj na 3 noce podczas wakacji w dwóch ośrodkach na Teneryfie i naprawdę szkoda, że nie mogliśmy zostać dłużej. Przenieśliśmy się ze studia do apartamentu z 1 sypialnią na najwyższym piętrze (pokój 212) z fantastycznym widokiem na klify, port itp. Salon i kuchnia na otwartym planie były naprawdę przestronne iw pełni wyposażone we wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, szczególnie w przypadku samodzielnego przygotowywania posiłków. Balkon / taras był przestronny z 2 wygodnymi leżakami, dużym parasolem oraz małym stołem i krzesłami. W sypialni znajdowały się przesuwne szafy z dużą ilością miejsca do przechowywania ubrań i bagażu, bezpłatny sejf i ładne wygodne łóżko z chłodną, świeżą bawełnianą pościelą. To były moje urodziny podczas naszego pobytu, a mój troskliwy najstarszy syn zorganizował w hotelu kwiaty, czekoladki i butelkę musu jako niespodziankę, nawet umieścili baner i balony, do których powrót po dzień zwiedzania, więc dzięki uroczej Mili za sortowanie w jego imieniu :) Mieszkanie i wszędzie było tak czysto, z leżakami zawsze dostępnymi wokół pięknego basenu, mimo że hotel był w pełni zarezerwowany. Nasza cena pokoju obejmowała śniadanie i było doskonałe z dużym, zróżnicowanym wyborem dla każdego podniebienia i znowu restauracja była nieskazitelna z pięknymi widokami na Los Gigantes. Znajduje się w odległości spaceru (jeśli mobilność jest dobra) do miasta, portu itp., Z mnóstwem fajnych barów i restauracji do wyboru, cofanie się może być wyzwaniem, ale taksówki są dostępne, jeśli uznasz to za walkę (chociaż przez koniec nocy 3 łatwiej nam było chodzić, zwłaszcza po kilku drinkach!). Nie ma też problemów z parkowaniem na zewnątrz na ulicy za darmo, zawsze wydaje się, że w pobliżu jest wolne miejsce i jest tak cicho w nocy. Ogólnie mieliśmy wspaniały pobyt, personel jest bardzo przyjazny i pomocny - gorąco polecam ten piękny hotel apartamentowy, a jeśli wrócimy do Los Gigantes w przyszłości, znajdzie się na szczycie mojej listy:)

Our first visit and it was amazing! The apartments were superb, extremely clean and full of equipment. Our balcony was excellent with fantastic views. The pool was one of the best I have ever used, great staff and service was great, location was handy too but high up so we burned calories walking up and down the hills! Thoroughly recommend, in fact we are already booked again for next January.

Spent 10 days here over Christmas 2023 and had a brilliant time barring one issue which I’ll get on to later. Arrived and had to wait a hour for room to be ready but when we ordered a drink and sat down looking out to the views….didn’t mind one bit. Apartments are very spacious with everything you need in Aparthotel. Don’t worry about anything, they have the lot in there, hairdryer, all kitchen items, iron and ironing board, everything. The bed was ok to sleep on but seemed to get worse as nights went on with noise when you moved. This issue I had was the TV, we went out all time and had day trips but on days we had nothing planned we’d be in our room and it had 60 channels, only one English speaking channel on there….Sky News that repeats everything every 15 minutes and was very annoying and to say there’s a lot of English people there I’d of thought this would’ve been sorted but no. Staff were all brilliant and I really mean that, all 4 bar/breakfast staff were lovely (thank you if you read this), managers, again brilliant and friendly. The place is spotless, lovely pool area with bar and like I said great views. The wife and I ate out at most of restaurants in town but we both agreed that the food at Klayman were by far the best so hats off to chefs! My other point I’d like to raise is this, Klayman Diamond is at top of the town, walking down is fine but walking up all those streets was fun, your legs really ache but even now at 2am writing this, it brings a smile to my face thinking about all times we walked up and rested every few steps…. Great memories! We had a brilliant Christmas with you and would highly recommend these aparthotel to anyone. Thank you for the memories!

This is a fabulous place to stay . The customer service is second to none ,from the moment we arrived at 9.15 pm and the gentleman on reception offered to lend us his car so that we could get to the supermarket before it closed , to the young lady at the pool bar who remembered that my husband had asked for orange juice instead of pineapple juice in one of their amazing cocktails, to the cleaners who kept our apartment so clean throughout our stay with clean towels every day. The apartments are spacious, modern, well equipped and have fabulous views. The pool area is gorgeous , clean , tidy and with those amazing views plus the bar has happy hour everyday and serves lovely cocktails. We had a fabulous time and want to thank all the staff … they are all stars. Unfortunately the resort of Los Gigantes leaves a lot to be desired but these apartments are a real gem.

Just returned from a 10 day trip to Klayman. Fabulous accommodation with spectacular views over to La Gomera. Staff so friendly, polite and professional. It was a real pleasure to stay there. Pool area immaculate and of a high standard. We had a one bedroom apartment, which was spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. Housekeeping staff were excellent and regularly maintained the accommodation to a high standard. The poolside bar staff were also excellent and catered for our every need with a smile. We ate at the poolside on several occasions and found the food excellent. The hotel is high up in the resort, but there is a strenuous staircase shortcut back up. Those with mobility issues would need to get a taxi. All in all, we would highly recommend. Top tip…you need to book local restaurants in advance to avoid disappointment.

This was the most relaxing , beautiful hotel . It’s situated high up over Los gigantes giving the most breathtaking views out over the ocean. Very clean ,the housekeepers gave an outstanding service and the apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more . The pool area was also spotless and the staff were very friendly and welcoming , couldn’t do enough for us. We really enjoyed the barbecue evening on the Friday with an exceptional live singer mouthwatering food and stunning sunset . It was only 8 mins walk to shops and bars and about 20 minutes to the harbour. It does test your fitness alittle walking back up to the hotel but it was only €4 in a taxi back up ,which we only did twice when we had shopping . Taxis are always parked up waiting all over Los gigantes . Thank you for having us , we will definitely be back. You are truly a wonderful team of people

Lovely hotel with fab views. Rooms quite small but beds are comfy. Lounge quite nice with sofa and everything you need in kitchen (except dishwasher). It’s a ten min walk down steep hill into the centre….we got taxi back (if you can find one). The only item missing, but just my wife’s opinion, is a dressing table. There’s lots of wasted space in lounge area to accommodate a small unit that could be used for this purpose. Couldn’t fault the Hotel, but was too far out of the centre for us to return.

Stunning sea views from a spacious balcony leading to an airy well equipped comfortable clean apartment ! Great heated pool where they serve meals and cocktails from the bar ! Friendly helpful staff ! What more could you want for a peaceful relaxing holiday ? Steep hill to the apartments but all good exercise ! Really enjoyed our stay !

Great place. Only 30 apartments in the whole place so felt exclusive. Lots to do in the area including great peluga whale trip. Enough restaurants nearby for a 10 day trip! Lovely and helpful staff! Good deal with transfers direct with the hotel from the airport.
