非常喜歡這個酒店，在城市中心總統府和武器廣場旁，價格不貴，出行方便。酒店歷史悠久，但設施齊全，重新整修，雖然不大，但很温馨，人氣旺盛。早餐也不錯。

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and were impressed with the service, the condition of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The location is excellent, right in the centre, walking distance to most of the attracrions. We can only recommend it.

A wonderful hotel. From the curb side assistance with luggage to the room, to Louie?, the room service attendant. Wonderful dining room, friendly staff. Has a beautiful old church beside the hotel entrance. I would highly recommend this hotel, if you are travelling to Santiago, Chile.

The hotel is centrally located and right next to the San Francisco church which is meeting point for walking tours , Extremely convenient

Close to the center/historic/old Santiago area with tons of restaurants near by.
Hotel is very clean and neat and very friendly staff/people. The breakfast buffet is great too!

The room was excellent, only issue was at night showers were only warm not hot water. Service in bar was slow. Food in dining room needs a bit of work as the food was overcooked. The hotel is in a good location to visit the old town attractions. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Excellent, attentive service. Room was good sized and comfortable. Bathtub was a bit slippery; the staff looked for a rubber bath mat, but did not find one. Restaurant had world cuisine. Fifth floor rooftop terrace proved a pleasant place for drinks and a light meal.
