Excellent spacious rooms with mountain view! Breakfast is tucked in a nice quiet corner of adjacent Courtyard Marriot and we get to us their health and wellness facilities. Location is perfect, next to huge shopping malls. Perfect!

The staff we incredibly helpful, and went to great lengths to insure we had a great stay. We had to check out early to catch a flight, and they brought us breakfast fixings the night before, as we left too early to get breakfast.

Excellent hotel. Great location, just next door to Shopping centre with lots of restaurants. Reception staff was super helpful and always welcoming. View from the room was breathtaking, totally worth it. Bed comfortable and great size. Breakfast was nice too. Parking was free which was important as we rented a car. My only disappoin**ent was that I was hoping for a hot tub and pool but it was closed. I suggest to make it clearer in the hotel ads when they are available. Overall, a great experience. I would stay in this hotel again.

Excelent location, attention of all the personnel and its manager Camilo. Great breakfast, building and apar**ents. Super covid safe. Very near to the best Santiago shopping mall, with restaurants and all kind of shops. Also very close to the Arauco park and Kidzania.

Upon arrival I was underwhelmed by the condition of the room based on the pictures and outlined amenities on the hotel's website. However, two things trumped my initial observation. The view and the service of management and staff. Both were incredible! The room was spotless and each day it remained so. Management was incredibly responsive to our needs (especially when hosting my fiance's birthday party). I will definately stay here again.

The air conditioning did not work very well even at its coldest setting. Scheduled breakfast for 9:30am and it arrived at 10:20 when I was already leaving.
