Great location on the Malecon. We had a nice room with a balcony and ocean view. But the main stand out point was the staff. All 3 gentlemen at the front desk were outstanding. Very responsive, polite and knowledge. We will be back

This place should not be on *******! Horrible experience, staff rude and stubborn. Also the place is not safe at alll.
Additionally the bedsheets are not clean, the manager came and sprayed some fragrance just to help out with the smell as apparently rained that day,
Toilet paper was wet and he refuses to change it,
Please do yourself a favour, and don’t book this hotel!!!!

The property is in an unsafe area. The rooms are nothing like the photos. They are scammers.
I changed hotel immediately without sleeping a night. I was sent an email that i would be refunded. Still no refund a month later.
Very disappointed
