Everything is great except for the fact that the wifi is so slow. I thought this wouldn’t be an issue as I have a European calling plan to fall back on but there was no signal in that area as well. When I was in the center of Fira or Oia or even the port or airport, I had no issues with my phone coverage. It's just that when I am at the hotel I can barely connect. That said, the staff in this place are lovely and the facilities are quite nice! Also though is not in the center of Fira or Oia, they provide free transfers throughout the day. The facilities and staff made my stay here worthwhile. If the wifi issue can be fixed, this would be a really nice hotel.

Lovely. Lovely. Lovely. Beautiful property away from the crowd of Thira but still a short 10 minute ride into the city. The property has an on-site restaurant, food was pretty good and they offer a free breakfast buffet…. Nice way to start the morning. A free shuttle picked us up from the airport and took us back and there are also daily scheduled rides into Thira and Oia. The staff were so pleasant and ready to accommodate our many requests. I highly recommend staying here. Loved it. Thanks to you guys for making my Santorini experience so memorable.

My entire stay was excellent, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was delicious, the hotel staff was very friendly, my room was also very nice with daily cleaning and I very much appreciated the shuttle bus to and from the airport. I would definitely go back a second time.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Aurora in September. The staff was so kind and helped make our honeymoon extra special specifically the bar staff who knew us by name and made us feel so welcome! The shuttle is an AMAZING benefit for this hotel as you otherwise need to rent a car or atv to go anywhere on the island. You need to reserve the shuttle ahead of time to ensure space but we never ran into trouble with this even when the hotel was fully booked. The hotel is really more of a resort which, for the cost, is perfect and private. The Executive suite with sea view was the perfect room with a huge private terrace, jacuzzi, and super comfy bed. Very quiet rooms so I slept like a baby. Would absolutely stay here again. The beach is hard black rocks wear runners. Beautiful to look at it, not good for swimming but you don’t go to santorini for the beaches. If you’re visiting santorini on a bit of a budget, don’t want people staring at you in your plunge pool from the caldera cliff views and want the option to escape the business and crowds of santorini, this hotel is for you.

Good stay, the rooms are spacious and clean. The shuttle will take you to Fira and Oia a couple of times per day and they picked us up from the airport & brought us to the port on departure. Breakfast had good choice of dishes. On the negative side communication when making the reservation could have been better. I ended up paying more than expected.

A very new and contemporary facility which which charming and spacious! Staffed with an accommodating and friendly team. The shuttle service was exemplary and our driver Ivan was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable of the area. Nicoletta at the front desk was very warm and sweet!

It was great having the transfer between the airport and also oia/ fira. Staff were lovely, food very nice and location is quiet so good if you want to relax.

Absolutely amazing in all aspects! The staff were extremely accomodating, kind and respectful, going above and beyond with each request. You’re welcomed with a signature drink as you arrive, which is delicious!! The hotel offers free transport to and from the airport as well as the main areas; Fira and Oia. The rooms are beautiful with daily cleaning. The pool area is breathtaking and so relaxing. The location is quite secluded although this is actually a positive because you will notice the peace and privacy compared to the busy areas. Breakfast was beautiful. Overall, I cannot recommend enough and will definitely be staying here when I visit Santorini again. Thank you again to the reception staff for being amazing.

An amazing place to stay, in between all major towns. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday.
