Really lovely small hotel. Most reviews are under its sister hotel Belair VP which is across the road and shares the reception area and pool. It’s small/ only 20 room/ but ideal as a base. Our rooms had a shower room, basic but ok. Free WiFi and air con. And in the bedroom was a fridge and kettle, plates and cutlery. Pool was small but clean and warm. We booked last minute with Tui but couldn’t understand why not reviews . They are under Belair Vp or Athanasia apar**ents. Great location- 5 mins to beach and restaurants. Close to mini market and bakery. Run by young lady called Angela who makes sure rooms cleaned daily. It’s also 2 mins from bus stop for Fira. It’s a great island base. We liked it. Quiet at night.

The reviews for this small hotel are mainly under its sister hotel Belair VP. I was worried when I couldn’t find any reviews after booking with Tui. Rooms have WiFi, air con, are cleaned daily, and the pool is small and clean. Location- 5 mins walk from beach, restaurants and bus to Fira. It’s basic but fine.

The hotel offers a swimming pool and a pool bar that serves snacks and drinks perfect for daytime by the pool or an evening drink before venturing into the resort centre.
The well appointed rooms offer spacious bathrooms and a kitchenette with all necessary facilities. All units offer a balcony or terrace facing the pool.
Athanasia Apartments is only a 5-minute walk to Perissa's 7-kilometre stretch of black shingle beach. The well organized beach of Perissa also offers seafront taverns and a range of sports including a diving centre.
The Athanasia Apartments also enjoys a great central location. A variety of bars, taverns, shops and mini-markets all close by. The bus stop is only 20 metres away from Athanasia Apartments.
