Terrible service. Did not tell us the correct prices for transfers. Were not available. Towels never clean. Shower was overflowing all over the bathroom. And to top it all off, they made us move rooms on our last night without notice. Came back to the hotel and had to pack in a hurry to quickly tranfer rooms. Would never return there or recommend the hotel.

Firstly, the hotel pool staff were very kind and friendly. Rooms were cleaned to a good standard daily. The hotel pool area is excellent and was very relaxing. I was very disappointed on arrive as I didn’t find the reception staff member very welcoming. Throughout my stay I found that the hotel had no a**osphere considering the hotel is essentially in the middle on nowhere. Choice of bar food at the pool was very poor and basic. Although we did have a good choice at breakfast. Shuttle buses in the area did not pass every hour! Taxi’s prices were outrageous from €30-€50 on way at times. Kamari village was 10 minutes drive from hotel and at walking distance at 45 minutes on a very dangerous road with no paths. Although it was stated room service till 11pm, mini bar and yoga classes were on their website! The hotel simple did not provide theses services. Choice of beers were poor! Also drink package was an option on arrive but you must pay for each day of your stay even if you weren’t there. Was landed with a government tax of €70 at the end of stay without this been said to us on arrive. Overall I am disappointed and would not recommend.

Lets start by saying the positives of this Hotel. The reception staff were out of this world amazing, they helped us sort out cars, trips and had good knowledge of the island. They made the holiday to be honest. The hotel is gorgeous outside, the bar people were nice and pleasant, we did go for the all drinks package but you had to get it for the whole week, you could not do individual days and some days we were out of the hotel so might have lost some money on that. I have to add we purchased this prior to seeing the room itself. The breakfast was adequate, a fair bit of choice and it was ok tasting. The other meals however, a lot to be desired. So now we go onto the negatives.... The meal choice was very limited, and the presentation was not good. The food was cold or over cooked. The chicken meal came with one small salad potato cut in half it was laughable! the rest of the plate was a piece of chicken and a spoonful of puréed veg that to be honest looked like baby food. that cost 17 euros! We were told there was no room service, even though this is advertised all over the hotel until 11pm. Now to the room, we purchased a superior room and we got what I can only describe as a cave with two beds in and some broken furniture and one chair. There was no iron, our mini bar was 2 bottles of water in the fridge, tea and coffee was there on arrival but was never restocked. The beds had no headboards on, our pool view was through a window which was quite high up because we are kind of underground and we could see the legs of the pool chairs and not much else. There was zero decoration on the walls apart from one mirror over a dressing table. There was 6 coat hangers to share between two girls with tons of dresses. No wardrobe or draws at all for our clothes, there was a small draw in the broken bedside cabinets so we could put in our smalls. We had to ask for clean towels one day as they left one clean one in the room and left our dirty one were we had left it! They had not even made our beds that day either. The room did not look anything like the pictures on the site, however we met a couple who had a totally different and gorgeous room that did match what our expectations had been. To say I was shocked and gutted and very angry was an understatement. We asked for a room change and we were told we had what we had requested on the booking! We had asked for a superior room with a pool view not a basic room with nothing in it!. The safe did not work and they had to change the batteries in it, the TV at first did not work, but Oh I forgot to mention the wire hanging down from the TV with bare wires showing! Overall a very disappointing hotel choice, probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The only plus side, as we had to think of the positives after paying for this was that we were in Santorini and the island itself was stunning. However the hotel was out in the middle of no where, the beach they talk about which is 250 m

If you’re looking for a relaxing time this is the perfect place! The hotel is beautiful with a lovely pool, bar and food facilities. The staff at this hotel are wonderful and very accommodating. I have yet to see friendlier staff that go the extra mile for their guests, by far the most polite people I have met. I definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely visit again!

I would highly recommend this hotel!! I’m just back from a week there and everything was perfect from start to finish! When we arrived we got an upgrade to the junior suite with a spacious balcony which I loved. The staff here are so helpful & always smiling - definitely the nicest staff out of all the hotels I stayed in. The cocktails were 10/10 & the service was something else. The beds in the pool are so comfy and aren’t hard to get . The hotel is also so so clean!! I would 100% stay here again I loved everything about the hotel❤️

We came with two teenagers stayed in the honeymoon windmill deluxe suite kiddies stayed room above. We had our own pool which made it special aswell as the amazing staff On arrival was Eric who addressed our concerns with noice of the planes and the windmill which echos but we landed late and was tied we totally forgot about planes the next day and just enjoyed our pool and surrounding, car recommend to explore this beautiful island a massive thank you to Kelly and manager Stavros for been super helpful and made our stay very special. We are honestly sad to leave been a great holiday and hotel ❤️

Best holiday experience.. the hotel was beautiful with extremely friendly and helpful staff. A great positive vibe making you feel very welcome. Location was great with all best locations easily accessible. Food was great, bedrooms very spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would love to go back again.

Just returned from a fabulous 5 night stay with my Fiance. We had the best time on our first visit to Santorini ❤️ the hotel is gorgeous we got upgraded to the junior suite it was fab. Room cleaned every single day. The hotel staff are all so friendly and very helpful. We hired out a quad through reception it was class got to drive around the whole Island. The hotel bar and pool area is so cool. Great music and very well made cocktails thanks 2 Cosmos the bar man absolute legend! We got a drinks package and had unlimited drinks for 2 days well worth it saved a fortune 😁 so glad I chose this hotel and hope to return some day again 😍
