Pracownicy Kalestesia Suites są naprawdę tym, co sprawia, że doświadczenie, nie mogli być bardziej pomocni. Od chwili przybycia pomogli nam w rekomendacjach restauracji, transferach, musieliśmy składać prośby o śniadanie z obszernej listy na każdy dzień, które jest dla ciebie świeżo przygotowywane, podczas gdy ty możesz rozkoszować się widokami na Santorini. Hotel jest również piękny i spokojny. Jest daleko od Firy i Oia (głównych miast na Santorini), ale odzwierciedlają to ich bardzo rozsądne ceny. Jeśli wolisz zostać w nieco spokojniejszym miejscu iz przepięknymi widokami, zdecydowanie polecam te wakacje. Ja i dziewczyny świetnie się tu bawiliśmy i chcielibyśmy podziękować pracownikom za ich gościnność?

We had such a great time, we did not want to go back. The staff are fantastic, they arranged our airport transfers, catamaran cruise, restaurant bookings and mini tour. They are really friendly and the customer service was outstanding. The views at the hotel are breath taking, you have the best views of caldera and the volcano. I would recommend not booking any tours privately - let the hotel arrange this for you, they can tailor make a tour to suit your preferences. You can also take a 15 min stroll to Akrotiri village from the Hotel. We also walked to Caldera beach, we like walking so was fine for us. I must say a big thank you to all the staff for making our stay amazing!!

The hotel is fabulous, the view is incredible, and the private jacuzzi is truly enjoyable. The accommodation is adorable and well-equipped. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is quite hearty and delicious. I highly recommend it, especially for the view, the pool, and the accommodation. You really feel like you're on vacation. And despite our very limited English, the staff was patient and attentive. Go for it, it's worth it! Thanks again, Kalesthesia ;)

Wow, just wow! The position of the hotel at the top of the mountain allows for some breath taking views of the caldera and rest of the island. Although in a quieter region of the island, this was just perfect for us for a relaxing stay and away from the busy tourist areas of Oia and Fira. The rooms are stunning with your own private jacuzzi and day bed- worth the extra cost! Breakfast each morning is more than enough with fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt, bread, meat and an omelette cooked to how you like it! Food is available at the pool bar which is a bit more cost than the restaurants in the local village but the portions are huge. Just a short scenic walk down into the local village where there are plenty of restaurants for dining out in the evening and a bit more of a stroll back up the hill but fine for the evening when it is cooler. We rented a quad bike for the day which was 55euro cash (65 if by card) and travelled to Fira which was only around 20 minutes away. Top tip: for the best location for seeing the beautiful sunsets, go to the lighthouse in Akrotiri (only around 10 mins away) - it’s a beautiful location where you can sit on the rocks and watch the sunset rather than the packed Oia version. The staff here are lovely and can’t help you enough. Theo and the team were great and able to offer advise on trips, renting cars etc Would recommend to anyone looking to come to Santorini for a quiet, relaxing holiday in a beautiful location.

We visited (2 couples) Kalestesia Suites on the 1st of August for 3 nights. Situated on the highest point of Akrotiri, Kalestesia Suites offers you breathtaking views of Santorini. Overall our stay was more than satisfying, beginning from the rooms (COMFORT SUITE WITH BALCONY & CALDEREA VIEW) staff, pool & breakfast. Mind you to rent a small car because of the narrow road leading to the hotel. There is an alternative if you don’t mind a little bit of dirt road and almost twice the distance compared to the other road, which people prefer. Extra thanks to the owner!!!!

There is not a lot that can be added to the previous reviews. The property is an exceptional place to stay and enjoy the serenity and stunning views. This was only made better by the the efforts of the staff who go out of their way to to make your stay perfect. There are two things that I would caution future visitors about. 1) You will in all likelyhood be renting a car to get around so, be aware that the road to the hotel can be challenging to a timid driver. It is steep and a mix of paved and gravel surface. At one point you must negotiate a turn between two buildings while going up hill with about 8" clearance on either side. The is a lot of evidence of vehicles failing to get through unscathed. If you, like our group are not bothered by the challenge, it can be quite an adventure. 2) The walking area around and entering the pool is finished with a surface that can be quite slick when wet and barefoot. I saw many guests slipping when entering and exiting the pool and somewhat less when walking around the pool area. I began wearing my "reef runner" beach shoes into the pool and felt much safer. Just be aware. This was our second trip to Santorini and our first to Kalestesia Suites. I would not hesitate to return to either.

This is such a beautiful place to stay in Santorini. It is away from the busy parts of the island, making it relaxing and quiet, and the views are extraordinary! The staff were so kind and happy to help with anything I needed, including airport transfers and a rental car during my stay. The breakfast was amazing and with meals available day and night I almost didn’t want to leave to explore anywhere else! Thank you again for such a wonderful stay, if I’m ever lucky enough to return this is where I’ll be going. Ps, the dog is absolutely gorgeous

If you’re looking for something a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle of Fira / Oia then this is the place for you! The views at Kalestesia are amazing, over looking the Volcano and Caldera edge. With only 10 suites, the hotel rarely feels busy, and there is none of the classic fighting for sun beds. Some of the suites have their own loungers and small pools outside which is perfect for even more privacy. The breeze, which is to be expected at Santorini, helps cool you down, and if you’re lucky enough for light winds, the pool will certainly cool you down instead. There is a small bar by the pool which serves cold beers, wine and food. It’s reasonably priced and the food is good - I fully recommend the Gyros! Breakfast consists of a few courses including cereal, fruit and freshly made omelet - and if you’re super lucky, the hotel dog might pay you a visit. I would note that, as expected, the hotel is on the top of a hill (and therefore amazing views), but getting round without a car can be tiring, but perfectly possible if you’re reasonably fit. Some taxis, especially the ones organised by the hotel will take you to the accommodation. There is a bus stop in Akrotiri, a 10-15 minute walk, which goes directly to Santo Wines and Fira. Buses run every 30 mins, but be prepared that sometimes they don’t turn up. If you want to go to Oia, you need to change in Fira, which is also quiet easy. Michael is also happy to help with any transfers but I’d recommend hiring a car if possible (he will also help with this). Some restaurants (Good Heart, Theofanis and Asterias) will take you to and from the hotel for free. Over all a perfect week, the team couldn’t do more to help us.

I want to share my disappointing experience with Kalestesia Suites in Santorini. After being denied entry to Greece by the departing airport due to a lack of information about visa issues, the hotel refused to provide any refund despite our situation. They even lied about ***********'s policies, claiming that they couldn't waive the fees without authorisation from the website or risk being dropped. However, when I reached out to ***********, they confirmed that this wasn't true and had no issues with the hotel refunding us. The hotel then changed their story, claiming they needed to ask the owners before reverting back to deny the refund request. It's clear that this hotel's only concern was their own interests rather than their customers' well-being. here is my conversation with *********** who did tried to do their best to help! Hi Henry Mario, Kindly accept our sincere apologies about this inconvenience. In this case, a refund depends on the accommodation's approval. We already contacted the property and asked for cancellation free of charge. Unfortunately, Kalestesia Suites has not authorised it. We are here all the time to support you .
